Clean hotel with good facilities and decent breakfast, but the room did not match the photos.

The hotel has good facilities, very good cleanliness throughout, and a decent breakfast.

The room we were given was completely different from the one shown in the Booking.com photos: much smaller, with no resemblance to the advertised room and no mountain view. The listing showed a large, comfortable room with a mountain view, which is not what we received.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Molveno. Clean rooms, friendly staff and AMAZING view on Molveno lake! *small wellness and swimming pool *great location, everything is close by there *small garden *pets friendly We really enjoyed our stay ! Thank you! 😊

Came back to the hotell after 24:00. Nobody at the reception, could not get into the hotell. No information how to reach staff. Had to wait outside, tired, untill , after several times calling the phone number om Booking, got an answer and information how to come into the hotell. When paying,had to pay less cash, because the hotell had already cashed part of the sum through Booking as"deposit". Could have some veriaty on braekfast. Exactly same breakfast for 5 mornings. No change of towels or bedsheet for 5 days. No ventilation in the bathroom, moist towels during the whole stay.

La camera è piuttosto vettusta e poco isolata dal rumore, si sentivano gli schiamazzi e le persone che parlavano a voce alta nelle stanze accanto. Piccoli dettagli potrebbero essere migliorati nell'offerta della colazione, esempio rimpiazzare cornetti esauriti, offrire maggiormente del pane, offrire dei succhi di frutta che siano succhi di frutta, ecc.

Posizione centrale, pulizia impeccabile, prima colazione varia e abbondante, staff gentile e disponibile, vista lago splendida.

Se devo trovare un minus, avevo una stanza singola, un po piccolina e letto non molto comodo.

wir waren mit dem Motorrad unterwegs, gute Parkmöglichkeit, freundlicher Empfang, das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, schöner Pool, nette Terrasse mit Blick auf den Molvenosee, gutes Frühstücksbüffet

Zimmer war klein, Bad mit Duschkabine vor dem Fenster, noch im alten Stil jedoch sehr sauber

Pokój hotelowy jak na taką cenę bardzo słaby. Czas się w nim zatrzymał. Stare meble, niewygodne łóżko, zasłony, stare kafelki w łazience. Brak lodówki, wody butelkowanej w pokoju. Marne śniadanie - jajko na miękko, z którego wylewało się surowe białko, kilka plasterków wędliny, popsute pomidorki i jakieś rzeczy na słodko.
