Very good location, near to everything. The staff was spectacular, very kind and gentle, very disposable, ready to help to every requirement. Very, very good food with a lot of choice both for breakfast and dinner; at lunch we were always out. They offered the Christmas lunch which was spectacular. We really recommend this structure.

The room was very dark and on the terrace we had to bend ourselves to see the scenery, but we were often out, so it didn't matter so much. The room was clean and cosy but during our five day staying they didn't change, not even once, the linen and the towels. It's a pitty, because we really enjoyed our staying there.

Nice and friendly staff. Very good location of the hotel by the lake.

Accommodation in a very small and dark room overlooking the opposite hotel. The room was generally cold, uncomfortable mattresses. The insulation in the rooms was insufficient, in the evening you had to constantly listen to the speeches from the next room. The choice of dinner was sufficient, in any case I would suggest a change of chef. Dessert great.

Very good

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Even before our stay they were responding promptly to our messages. They also prepared a gluten-free food for our two children. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious. The area around the lake is wonderful and Paganella skiing area very easily accessible (8 minutes by car to Andalo). We will most probably come again.

Funcionalidade e conforto com preço justo

O custo-benefício é excelente para a região. As comodidades estavam de acordo com o esperado. O atendimento é excelente: hotel pequeno, atendido pelos proprietários, que são cordiais e atenciosos, sempre procurando agradar e fazer o possível para os hóspedes se sentirem bem. Quarto bom, espaçoso, banheiro ótimo, com varanda, bem ventilado. A limpeza boa também - roupas de cama e banho bem cheirosas. Hotel antigo, mas bem cuidado. Café da manhã excelente. Localização é outro ponto forte deste hotel. Um dos poucos que fica na parte plana e bem próximo ao centrinho. Fica a poucos minutos a pé da praia e dos restaurantes.

Mas como o valor não foi muito alto (comparando-se aos demais da região que havíamos pesquisado), já esperávamos que algo poderia não ser assim tão perfeito - não tinha a cama de casal que estava prevista na reserva. Acabamos não solicitando a troca porque o tempo de estadia era apenas 2 noites. A iluminação do quarto achamos fraca e um dos cômodos não possuía janela.

Vacanza stupenda.

L'hotel è carinissimo come tutto il personale iniziando dai titolari della struttura. Disponibili x qualunque tua necessità. Posizione ottima a due minuti dal lago di Molveno. Possibilità di fare passeggiate in mezzo ai boschi, intorno al lago oppure lungo il fiume. Tutto intorno molto attrezzato per gite sul lago e tanto altro.

La cosa che ci ha colpito di più è l'assenza di indicazioni per raggiungere il paese di Molveno e pure di Andalo. Così rinomati ma poco risaltati. Grazie al Signor Marco, titolare dell'hotel Zurigo siamo arrivati abbastanza bene. Altra piccola pecca....oltre i dintorni del lago non ci sono molti cestini per conferire i rifiuti.
