Accogliente, a due passi dal lago, ambienti puliti e ordinati, stanza di recente ristrutturazione, parcheggio privato, buona qualità del cibo.
Mancanza di prodotti di cortesia nella stanza.
Nonostante fosse una stanza descritta con vista sul lago la vista lago era assente, tanta vegetazione ma del lago neanche l’ombra. Dopo averlo fatto presente in reception la risposta è stata che non c’erano altre stanza libere e che intendevano che la stanza era comunque affacciata sul lago, la reputo una descrizione ingannevole. Non ci è neanche stato proposto uno sconto.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, zwei Minuten zu Fuß zum See, wobei man eine wenig befahrene Strasse queren muss.
Zimmer 203 neu renoviert, sehr schöne Ausstattung mit Balkon zur Seeseite und inkl. Infrarotkabine.
Sehr schöner Garten mit Whirlpools. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, wir haben uns willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Parkplätze im Hof in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden.
Das Frühstück war gut, nachmittags gab es einen kleinen Snack (herzhaft oder/und süss). Das abendliche 4 Gang Menue + Salatbuffet war hervorragend und von einer guten Weinauswahl begleitet.
Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.
Ich denke das wir wiederkommen werden.

Everything! The hotel is so welcoming, right on the lake, with a cute garden you can sit and enjoy some snacks. The room was wonderful, kind and helpful staff, great value for money. We wished we had another night there.
We wished for a bit more vegetables in the breakfast, but that if we’re really being picky.
