Landlord was very helpful, unfortunately we don't speak Italian and he doesn't speak English but Google translate save the day :-) Pretty fine pizzeria Vecchia some 100m from app. Supermarket some 200m away. Bar in front of app, cappuccino and croassant for breakfast cost some 3.50Eur. Terme Saturnia really close some 15min by car. We enjoyed the whole stay , 2 days.

Frankly that ancient style is not our cup of tea. Rooms are clean, but not really cosy. Baby cradle in one bedroom is quite creepy (for me) Very steep staircases to the bedrooms, no parking near the app, beds are good but during our stay temperature was some 40 C and app has no air-conditioning...but as I wrote above we enjoyed it. Good company and positive attitude always win :+)

Pleasant

Very pretty village and original stone house on two levels. The front door is up some stone steps. Clean bathrooms and only 15 min drive to Saturnia. Fulvio was very friendly. We communicated through Google translate. Very good price.

Location was very quite and cute. The room was cute and positioned in a cute spot in the city.

The room was unfortunately very cold and barely warmed up by time we checked out after two nights. My suggestion would be to warm the room prior to guests arrival. Additionally, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Overall, I would recommend but be advised on the aforementioned details.

Did not meet expectations

We traveled in the off season. There wasn't much open, including places to eat so it was a very quiet, pretty town. The wi-fi worked well.

The apartment was not what we expected. You had to walk up a steep short hill to get to it and then steep steps without a hand rail to reach the front door. The apartment also had three levels with lots of steep stairs. We were two older couples and would not have rented this space if we had known about all the steep stairs without hand rails. Also in the living area there was only one very small sofa to sit on-like a love seat-so there was no place for all four of us to sit. It would also not be good for young children. We expected the apartment shown in the pictures with the beautiful canopied bed and were quite surprised at the apartment we had.

Wonderful stay in excelent room!

The accomodation is located in very romantic town - we recommend to stay and walk around. The room itself was very lovely, big, clean and there was all necessary stuff. The owner was very nice and helful. We plan to come back again one day.

This is what I call a perfect accomodation. Living in a 900 year old house in a historical village, meet authentic italian people and life style - exactly what I hoped and even more. Many thanx to Fulvio and Morello for the supports and proposals and for their company too. All in one: we spent a very good holyday there - must be repeated.

Semproniano is in the middle of nowhere so expect to drive a lot.

The bed was comfortable for us and we enjoyed watching the wonderful sunset from the balcony.

The glass in the bathroom was dirty and looked to not have been replaced after the previous occupants had left. There was smell of diesel fuel coming from the old diesel fuel tank located on the balcony (the cap is missing for venting and the vapour was escaping from the tank).

Magic place

The apartment is really special! First impression as if you’ve got into the house of Garry Potter Movie:) We did enjoy big kitchen with a fireplace, authentic furniture, baldacchino above the king size bed, attic arranged as a chill out zone. Just imagine, the house was built in 849 a.d., but it is well equipped, warm (for rainy November it was perfect), clean and comfortable. It is situated in the historical center of Sempronio and in 10 min.drive to Saturnia. The personal is very lovely and supportive. I would definitely come back and would recommend for visiting. Thanks for great experience!

Schöne, etwas altmodische Wohnung.

Der Gastgeber war sehr nett. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet.

Wir hatten die kleinere der beiden Wohnungen gemietet. Es war ein bisschen verwirrend, weil einige der Angaben nur auf die große Wohnung zutreffen. Kein Wifi. Die Ausstattung war dennoch ok, aber meiner Ansicht nach könnte man die Teppiche und weitere Kleinigkeiten schon mal erneuern.

Ottima per immergersi nei tempi antichi, traspira il Medioevo in ogni pietra. Le porte e finestre in legno di una volta. I letti sono comodissimi. Ottima posizione per visitare le terme di Saturnia.

Certo! Ecco alcune frasi in italiano, tono positivo, per una recensione di una camera dove siete stati solo una notte. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, ma la camera era impeccabile e molto confortevole. Nonostante il soggiorno breve, tutto è stato perfetto: il letto comodo e l’ambiente silenzioso. La camera era moderna, pulita e ben attrezzata, ideale anche per una sola notte. Abbiamo apprezzato l’attenzione ai dettagli, anche per un soggiorno così breve. Il check-in è stato rapido e la camera ha superato le nostre aspettative.

Il Borgo di Sempronio è un Albergo diffuso gestito dal Sig. Fulvio, persona Gentilissima e Disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Si alloggia su camere risistemate con cura, incastonati in un piccolo paesino Medioevale ben curato che è a dir poco STUPENDO. Consigliato 100%. Grazie.

Le nombre de sanitaires L’accueil de l’hôte et sa disponibilité et son Google traduction ;-)) Wifi Emplacement en plein coeur du village au rythme de celui-ci

L’accès aux deux chambres de l’étage est très compliqué car très raide Pas assez de chaises et pas de pièce commune adaptée pour 6 Absence de table ou d’un mini banc sur le perron pour profiter du village Pas de coin cuisine utilisable digne de ce nom Lit dans la chambre du bas très vétuste et inconfortable Deco un peu trop personnelle

Un pò fuori dal mondo - e dal tempo

Un posto dove il tempo sembra che si sia fermato. Paesaggio che appare creato da un pittore. La camera incantevole invita a stare un po di tempo in un altro mondo, dove le notti suggeriscono tranquillità tra le mura antiche. Un borgo molto curato che esprime un esperienza particolare da ricordare con un sorriso. Qualche "strada" per arrivarci però sembrava dimenticata della sua esistenza... un esperienza particolare.
