The views on this property were absolutely amazing. So grateful for all of the outdoor seating so we can experience the views in the best way.

Very nice house for a getaway in nature

The house is very cute, the staff is very nice, I was in contact with Daniele who was very responsive and the room was easy to access / keys were ready when we arrived. The place is away from the city and close to the Termes / natural water baths. You need a car to move around. Breakfast was nice

The first night when we were the only guests was good, the second night was torture.

The breakfast was good and location is convenient for the hot spring. It’s also a good place to watch the sunrise when you get woken up by other guests because there is no soundproofing between any of the rooms.

There is no consideration given to how noise is amplified, echoes and travels throughout a building based on the materials that are used and how they are layered. I was woken up at 6:30am by a guest in another room using the toilet so loudly I thought someone was in my room. Then for the next 4 hours all you can hear is the sound of the wooden stool which has been pointlessly placed in each bathroom being scraped along the floor by guests and cleaners as they move it out of the way.

Even though it was a bit hard to find the property and the bumpy road was a bit scary because we arrived in the dark, it really worth it. The house and the view was amazing and the breakfast was tasty ( I loved the homemade jams). I wish to go back and spend more days there next time.

This B&B is in a beautiful countryside house very well furnished, maintained, clean and lovely decorated. Close enough to Cascate del Mulino thermal spot to be convenient but far enough from roads to assure quietness. Staff are young and motivated, they are keen to do any efforts to make their guest happy and satisfied. Their breakfast buffet offer is quite vary and abundant for this kind of structure. An highly recommended place under any point of view. The current pictures of this structure does not represent the reality, this place exceeded my expectation.

Peaceful and serene place to unplug.

The rooms were beautiful and clean, the views from the top floor was very beautiful, with rolling hills surrounding. The location was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was delicious! And the hosts were very attentive and kind. It was the perfect place to take a break and relax.
