The breakfast was great, with friendly service. My children LOVED the three kittens on the property and spent as much time as they could time holding them. They also loved exploring the yard. This is a comfortable, clean, safe, and cute bed & breakfast where we got a good night's sleep. We would have loved to stay longer but this was just a stop-over driving from Rome to Florence. Very close to the hot springs. Also recommend hiking to the medieval city of Sorano just 40 minutes away.
The wall in the shower stall was not tightly sealed so water leaked onto the floor. But they said they are aware of it so I am sure they are about to fix it.

Beautiful gardens, modern clean rooms, proximity to the Terme.
Electric blankets and extra doonas, gets very cold in April at night this time around of year.

Location , cosyness, polite and helpful staff, brilliant breakfast
No Rugs on sides of bed with tiled flooring made it really cold when getting out of bed.
