Bring everything even spoon and fork

The room was ok

They don’t refill tea coffee even coffee cup every day. Don’t think they know how to clean and replace those cup and soap stuff

A B&B well-placed for visits to the Terme di Saturnia.

The room was clean tidy but a little on the small side. The bathroom was clean and quite spacious. The facility was close to the Terme di Saturnia which was very convenient. There was a private car park for clients. Considering the price we paid for the room it could be termed as value for money. If you stay at this B&B ask for a room at the front of the building which overlooks the pretty garden.

The room was quite charming but a little too small. One point that the owner can't do too much about is the exit from the B&B by car which is quite risky as when you pull out onto the main road you have to hope that there isn't a car coming fast down the hill as there is a curve very close to the car park exit. A solution could be to place a mirror on the opposite side of the road directed towards this curve which would make cars coming down the hill a bit more visible.

Close to the hot spring and a fair price

A great location and the room was comfortable. We had a nice little table outside where we had breakfast. The hostess was very friendly.

There were some flying insects in the room when we arrived in late June, but it could have been the fault of the previous occupants leaving doors open.

Proximity to Saturnia township and the hot springs

It felt very claustrophobic once the doors/shutters were closed at night as there were no curtains. Breakfast was pretty average. Thought there could have been some info in the room about where to eat in the town.

It was just ok for 1 night.

It is comfortable & breakfast was good & friendly service. All necessary information was directed with whatsapp communication. Plus she text about recommending 2 restaurant . La Solina (5 mins drive) was exellent if you like meat.

Arrived at the property earlier but was misunderstood with directions advise. Told her we are already at the reception. But for some reason, She directed me to drive out of the property & took us 1 hr to follow her directions & end up to where we originally arrive . Wasted 1 hr of our time with miscommunication 😤. Property look a lot smaller then on the photo . No amenities to hang out besides the porch just outside our room. Rather deceiving. Hardly anyone at the reception for personal touch.

Only the parking lot is a little too small for every room to have a good parking space. Also almost every restaurant was closed but i think this was only because its "off-season" for this area. nothing else really to do except going to the hot springs.

it was such good value for money in a prime location in Saturnia! we lucked out with a last minute booking & were stoked. only a 2 minute drive from the natural pools & loved having breakfast on the patio in the morning. amazing value for a budget hotel!

Excellent stay with excellent breakfast

The breakfast was excellent. On the property there is a cat that is very friendly and we enjoyed the company. The location is not far from the public hot spring, probably about a 5 mins drive. Not advisable to walk there as there are no pedestrian walkways along a certain stretch which can be dangerous.

Quaint place of stay with good communication with owner since we arrived so late.

it was a lovely place to stay. The room is small but we found it okay, thankfully the weather was nice so we could sit outside on the veranda and have breakfast which was really very pleasant.

I liked everything but a signpost outside would be helpful when arriving at night because we didn’t know if we should have drive. up the hill or not. We chose to turn left into the Carpark which was where our accommodation was.

Amazing relaxing place

The location was incredible, 1k from the Saturnia natural spring (free ones). The place has a nice garden where you can sit in the evening while enjoying looking at the stars. The breakfast was good too and brought at the requested time in front of the room.

Beautiful and cozy!

The staff had great recommendations about the area, the room was very clean and super cozy, we loved staying there and having breakfast brought to us early in the morning! Super beautiful places and the cats outside of the property almost made us stay a bit more :)

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but nothing great pillows couldn’t fix!
