The room was ok
They don’t refill tea coffee even coffee cup every day. Don’t think they know how to clean and replace those cup and soap stuff

The room was clean tidy but a little on the small side. The bathroom was clean and quite spacious. The facility was close to the Terme di Saturnia which was very convenient. There was a private car park for clients. Considering the price we paid for the room it could be termed as value for money. If you stay at this B&B ask for a room at the front of the building which overlooks the pretty garden.
The room was quite charming but a little too small. One point that the owner can't do too much about is the exit from the B&B by car which is quite risky as when you pull out onto the main road you have to hope that there isn't a car coming fast down the hill as there is a curve very close to the car park exit. A solution could be to place a mirror on the opposite side of the road directed towards this curve which would make cars coming down the hill a bit more visible.

A great location and the room was comfortable. We had a nice little table outside where we had breakfast. The hostess was very friendly.

Proximity to Saturnia township and the hot springs
It felt very claustrophobic once the doors/shutters were closed at night as there were no curtains. Breakfast was pretty average. Thought there could have been some info in the room about where to eat in the town.
