Great location at an inexpensive price

It was right off the main square and was a large room with a big bathroom. The management was very helpful when we had to check out a night early and gave us a credit for the night.

There was no lift and the stairs were steep and winding

I wouldnt take this again, but Pitigliano is beautiful

The high ceiling

The bathroom was SO SO small. In this case we had 2, but the other didn't smell good and looked dirty. IF I PAY FOR A DOUBLE SIZE BEDROOM, I WANT A DOUBLE SIZE BED. I paid 60 and neither received a bottle of water, or hand soap.

Was caught up in traffic, tried to call hotel with no avail. Was almost denied room. did not provide parking as advertised. Were not helpful to find parking spot.Breakfast was just formality.

Great location in historic centre. Historic building. Close proximity to all the interesting things to see including Little Jerusalem.

Steep stairs in historic building a bit difficult to carry up the luggage! Parking a long distance away due to restrictions in the historic centre as with most hill towns in the area.

Beautiful shared terrace but most of the chairs there were in desolate state. Such a pity as one would love to sit there and enjoy wonderful view. Actually, it could be fixed easily and with not so high cost.

Exceptional

This hotel is such a wonderful place to spend a night in. Right after arriving the owner showed us the near by garage and even helped us to carry our stuff from the car to the hotel room. The room itself was a really perfect match with the beautiful city around. It was in one of the old buildings you actually want to see in this city and you can feel the love they put into it. The room has access to a peaceful terrace and offers the perfect view of the main buildingfront of the city. The restaurant nearby that belongs to the hotel was completely tasty. We can totally recommend this hotel and would have loved to stay longer!

Struttura all'interno della città vecchia molto carina, pulita e ben tenuta. Ottima la possibilità di pagamento in sede. Plauso al ragazzo che ci ha accolti.

Esperienza spiacevole. La mattina ci siamo svegliati con due persone che sono entrate nella nostra stanza con un secondo mazzo di chiavi fornite presumibilmente dal proprietario. Non avendo più avuto modo di parlare con lo staff (le chiavi le abbiamo lasciate in stanza come comunicato al check-in) l'accaduto non è stato affrontato con i gestori, però mi aspettavo un messaggio o una chiamata di scuse visto che provvisti del mio recapito. La violazione della nostra privacy e sicurezza è stata assolutamente inaccettabile e incomprensibile. Da non ripetere.....

Gestori gentili e disponibili, la camera si trova proprio nel centro storico di Pitigliano vicino a tutti i servizi ristoranti e negozi. Abbiamo cenato bene nel ristorante

La camera era pulita in generale ma mancava una pulizia più approfondita, il bagno aveva bisogno di manutenzione. Il ventilatore sporco ha funzionato un giorno solo e con le finestre aperte è stato difficile dormire bene a causa del chiasso proveniente dalla strada la mattina prestissimo e la sera fino a tardi. Con qualche accortezza sarebbe perfetta

Sehr zentral, sauber

Die Lage des Zimmers ist sehr zentral. Um dort eingelassen zu werden, mußten wir erst Rat von Anwohnern einholen. Das saubere und einfach eingerichtete Zimmer befindet sich in der 2. Etage eines alten Hauses.

Das Einchecken und Bezahlen. Wir mußten, obwohl booking.com die Abbuchung bestätigt hatte, nochmal per Karte zahlen.
