Lovely experience

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the city center and in walking distance to all the main attractions. Chiara was a very helpful host and even picked us up and our luggage because we couldn't enter the ZTL area with our car. The room was very spacious, clean and cozy. Overall, Pitigliano is a beautiful city, even in mid October where it seems to be a bit of a ghost town (most shops and restaurants were closed), and we had a great time.

The bathroom could be improved - the small plastic shower box doesn't match the standard of the rest of the Hotel and the room. It would be greatly appreciated to have an option to pay for breakfast - on the day we where there the only Café in the city center was closed. As they also own the Hostaria del Ceccottino (a restaurant just outside the Hotel) there could be a paid option to serve breakfast there. Lastly, some information about where to park could be shared via chat before guests arrive, as we weren't aware the Hotel had a garage outside the city center/ZTL area were we could park until we got there and called to know how to proceed.

A comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings

A charming room, comfy beds and a great location! There are tea and coffee facilities and a fridge, so we were able to arrange our own breakfasts. Pitigliano is beautiful and there's plenty to see.

Luxurious accommodations with completely lovely hosts. My only regret is I had already eaten, and I didn’t get a chance

I had a little bit of difficulty finding it, and I went in the restaurant and it turned out to be the owners restaurant. The husband and wife were so incredibly warm and lovely. Then the wife walked me to the hotel. Everything was so pretty. So many details. It felt incredibly luxurious, and I had a very, very comfortable evening. Highly recommend!

You can not go wrong staying with Allesandro and

Allesandro and Chiara are icons of hospitality in the most charming town of Pitigliano. The hotel and restaurant are centerpieces of the old town. You can tell how proud the Francardi's are of their home. From Chaira transporting us from our rental car to the hotel in the old town where cars are not allowed to the outstanding housekeeping services, we had a wonderful stay. Chiara gave us wonderful advice and recommendations which made our stay even more memorable.

In the center of town, neat decoration and very quiet.

Next to the square. In the main street. They gave us a superior room. Very spacious and well decorated bathroom, with shower and bathtub. Big and comfortable bed. Good bedding. Without noises. All well taken care of. They have several restaurants and they give you an interesting discount, I think 10%, if you eat there.

To access it has some complicated stairs, especially for older people. There is no one at the reception, you have to call if you have any need.

Tiny but beautiful

The Guesthous was in the historic city center of Pitigliano. It is next to the restaurant of the owners and we would definitly recommend going to the restaurant. We had a coffee mashine in the room and some self-made cookies. Everything was in walking distance.

The house was very snug and the room as well - we were expacting that because of the historic tiny and tight city.

This hotel is a true gem. Stayed here one night during a 7 days bike trip in Tuscany. It was the best accommodation during this vacation and they also have a safe place where to store the bike during the night. I highly recommend this place. Moreover, they have also a restaurant and the food was great.

Accoglienza super, host fantastico (essendo zona ZTL, è venuto a recuperare i nostri bagagli con la sua bellissima 500 d’epoca; inoltre vengono offerti acqua, dolcetti e caffè in stanza tutti i giorni). La stanza è di fianco al duomo, centralissima, fresca e comoda. Il ristorante della stessa gestione (Hostaria del Ceccottino) è eccezionale e di fronte a casa

Palazzo d’epoca situato nel centro a pochi passi dalla sinagoga e dal ghetto. Camere ampie spaziose arredate con gusto pulite e silenziose. Alessandro e Chiara ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni per la passeggiata nelle vie cave. Ottimo il ristorante hostaria del ceccottino dove abbiamo cenato degustando ottimi piatti e vini.Personale di sala attento e gentile.

Sehr schön für 1-2 Tage

Sehr gute Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Sehr sauber und ruhig. Sehr sehr nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir konnten uns sogar auf Deutsch verständigen . Zu den Zimmern gelangt man über eine Treppe. Wichtig zu wissen: parken außerhalb der Zone, dabei hat uns unsere Gastgeberin einen tollen Tip gegeben! Somit muss man ein Stück zu Fuß mit dem Gepäck gehen. War für uns aber kein Problem! Pitigliano ist auf jeden Fall sehr sehenswert!

Meraviglia dentro un gioiello qual è Pitigliano!

La pulizia, l’eleganza e il garbo dei proprietari, che riflette il gusto degli arredi della struttura e del contesto. La stanza piena di ogni comfort e la deliziosa colazione ti fa sentire a casa, nella posizione più centrale e comoda che si potesse desiderare in questo magnifico borgo. Si potesse dare più di 10 questo sarebbe il caso. Eccezionale!

Nos encantó este hotelito. Chiara, su dueña, además vino a buscarnos al coche (ya que no se puede entrar en la zona del hotel con nuestros coches) nos guío hasta un lugar donde poder aparcar y nos llevo de vuelta al hotel con las maletas. Un encanto de mujer. La habitación estaba fenomenal, cómoda, muy bonita y limpia. Muy bien ubicado, en el centro de Pitigliano. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!!

Ci è piaciuto tutto! Abbiamo soggiornato al Ceccottino per due giorni nel weekend di Befana. L'accoglienza di Alessandro e Chiara è stata squisita! Questa struttura, a due passi dalla piazza di Pitigliano, dove si trova anche il ristorante "Hostaria del Ceccottino", di proprietà della stessa famiglia, è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa, così come la cucina dell'Hostaria. Questa coppia di ristoratori/albergatori, Chiara e Alessandro si sono dimostrati dei veri cultori dell'ospitalità. Siamo stati coccolati con l'alloggio, confortevole e pulitissimo, e con il cibo e il servizio del ristorante. Super consigliato!
