Beautiful property located very close the town but with the comfort is pace and free parking!
The water heater did not work for part of the stay, which during winter is a problem. But the owner and staff made what they could to solve the problem!

Dobra Cena do jakości. Stylowo urządzony, klimatyczne miejsce z pięknym ogrodem i widokiem na Pitigliano.
Łóżka rozkładane nie są zbyt wygodne ale na jedną noc dały radę.

Il posto è veramente incantevole come da descrizione. A pochi minuti d'auto dal centro e quindi molto comodo. Ma allo stesso tempo tranquillo e immerso nel verde: quello che cercavo.
Abbiamo alloggiato in due con due cani (piccola e media taglia) ed è proprio il posto perfetto per loro (facendo attenzione a non disturbare i gatti che fanno da accoglienza insieme a Fabio 😊).
La camera molto bella, climatizzata e pulita, con lo spazio necessario anche per mettere le nostre cucce per i cani vicine al letto.
All'esterno c'è un bel tavolo sotto a un gazebo dove passare una serata tranquilla.
Fabio è molto gentile e disponibile; il suo Agrifá è davvero un posto consigliato.

Duży ogród dookoła domu, dużo zieleni. W ogrodzie latają żołny, nocą spotkać można dzikie zwierzęta. Cisza. Stosunkowo blisko do Pitigliano. Telefoniczny kontakt z gospodarzem jest dobry i można uzyskać pomoc.
Mimo niedogodności, które opisałem niżej, nie było tak źle. Dało się tam spędzić miło czas. Najważniejsze, to mieć świadomość na co się decyduje - jeżeli ktoś akceptuje mniej luksusowe warunki to będzie zadowolony, jeżeli oczekuje luksusu - zawiedzie się.
Nie było wywietrzone przed wyjazdem, przez co atmosfera była zatęchła. Trafiliśmy akurat na chłodniejszy okres - dodatkowa pościel była szczelnie zamknięta i zatęchła - nie do użytku. Dużo drobnych usterek, które utrudniają życie, np. - moskitiera w jednych drzwiach uszkodzona i nie do użytku, - kuchnia indukcyjna bez odpowiednich garnków przez co nie da się ich użyć, drzwi do łazienki się nie zamykają, itp. Brak okna w jednym z pokoi. Śmieci trzeba wynieść kilkaset metrów od domu.
Miejsce ma duży potencjał ale gospodarz musiałby włożyć nieco wysiłku i usunąć usterki i niedociągnięcia.
