Hotel Terminus is right opposite Mons Central train station, for a nice, comfortable stay.

What I liked the most was the size of the room (enough space, while it had a nice bathroom and a relatively big desk). Moreover, the staff were really friendly and helpful!

I didn’t like the fact that breakfast was not included, and that the cheapest option (€5) only included sugary options.

Typical old style Belgian hotel in dire need of upgrade.

Reasonable price. Room overlooked station.

No bulbs in bedside lights. Fuse blew when I turned lights on. No lift at the property. Bathroom extremely dated.

Staff was friendly

Due to the high weather temperatures it was very hard to impossible to sleep in the room, even with the windows fully open and a fan turning during the whole night

They had a secure place for my bike and the personnel was very friendly.

Not super clean, things in my room were broken and overall needs some renovation work. Quite pricey considering the condition of the place.

Nothing, stay away, photos don't even look the same

Registration office closed, had to find the staff in the back kitchen of another restaurant, scary place! Dirty sheets, found hair on pillow, nasty bathroom.

As the restaurant on the ground floor was under construction, breakfast was served in another room, that was not very cozy (no daylight; but given circumstances okay).

close to the railroad station

TV was not working (but I didn’t ask to the staff how to make it work). I was not told the breakfast was not included and they maid me pay for it at the end.

The localization is an advatage.

The room was very dirty and old. The bathroom smelly, the water dropping out of a toilet and dirty shower cabin. Definitely not for this price. There was no balcony, as the offer states.

dirty bathroom, stained carpet ok every floor ..on my bedroom sink had burn marks from ciggerettes. at dinner went to sit down for a snack and while being told to sit I was ignored and walked off back to bed. to be followed by rowdy Loud drunk men

Choice worth the money

Most of the staff was very very polite and helpful. People are trying their best to make you feel comfortable.

There is no lift in the hotel. Arriving with a heavy suitcase and carrying it to the forth floor is a nightmare... The amenities need solid renovation!

Clean. Nice lady at the reception. Good location in front of the railway station with a few restaurants at the small square where the hotel is.

At first we Got a room with No water in the tap. Half an hour later we Got a NEW room But it had No curtains. So we Woke up very early because of the Sun. The rooms was in the 3.floor with No elevator. The rooms were Old. Finding Way to the reception was a bit weird, along a narrow hallway and up the Stairs to a Tiny Office. It was difficult to find a Parking space Close to the hotel. Not worth the Price.

J’ai séjourné à l’Hôtel Le Terminus à Mons et j’ai vécu une expérience vraiment excellente. Du personnel aux installations, tout était irréprochable. L’accueil a été fluide et pratique, et le personnel s’est montré extrêmement aimable et professionnel. Oui, il y a quelques marches à monter, mais honnêtement, cela ajoute au charme et au caractère de l’établissement. L’emplacement est parfait — juste en face de la gare de Mons, avec une très belle vue. C’est particulièrement pratique si vous assistez à une conférence ou si vous voyagez en train. Je n’ai pas pris le petit-déjeuner car j’ai dû partir tôt pour une conférence, mais plusieurs amis qui ont séjourné avec moi m’ont confirmé qu’il était délicieux, propre et bien préparé. Pour être honnête, j’étais un peu sceptique après avoir lu certains avis précédents. Cependant, après mon séjour, je pense sincèrement que certains commentaires négatifs sont injustes ou exagérés. Les chambres étaient nettoyées et désinfectées chaque jour. Pour le prix payé, l’expérience est excellente. Je recommande sans hésitation — allez-y et profitez-en.

Je n’ai pas particulièrement apprécié les escaliers, mais cela fait partie du charme de l’établissement.

Parfait pour ce petit weekend à Mons

L’accueil et la bienveillance des hôtes. L’hôtel vient d’être racheté : les nouveaux propriétaires ont un véritable sens de l’hospitalité. Ils ont entrepris la rénovation de l’établissement et souhaitent sincèrement offrir un séjour d’exception. Même si tout n’est pas encore exactement comme ils le désirent, ils possèdent l’essentiel : des qualités humaines qui se font de plus en plus rares. Cette authenticité se ressent dès les premiers instants. Chaque client est accueilli avec chaleur, écoute et attention, comme un invité attendu plutôt qu’un simple numéro de chambre. On perçoit leur volonté de bien faire, leur désir constant d’améliorer chaque détail, et surtout leur passion pour ce lieu qu’ils veulent transformer en un véritable havre de paix. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également un atout majeur : situé juste en face de la gare, il bénéficie d’un accès facile et rapide, tout en étant entouré de nombreux restaurants et de très bonnes adresses du centre-ville. Une situation idéale pour découvrir la ville, que ce soit pour un séjour touristique ou professionnel. Avec le temps, nul doute que cet hôtel deviendra une adresse incontournable, portée par des valeurs sincères et un engagement profond envers le bien-être de leurs visiteurs
