Nice cold stay

Very kind staff. Good breakfast.

There was no hot water in the whole hotel are and in the whole neighbourhood. The staff though was very honest and did their best to make it as comfortable as possible

Good stay

Bread at breakfast stole my heart. It was the highlight of the stay. Of course room was very nice and spacious. Bathroom was new and very clean. I also appreciated white fluffy towels.

It was very hot and stuffy in the room. The AC was switched off during autumn and only central heating was working. In this case it was also a big handicap that window wasn't opening. Because of the hotel's structure window was quite small and dirty and it was very dark in the room.

Very well placed for the town centre be careful when parking in there car park sat nav takes you down a one way street. Signage not great.

The speed at which i was provided with a room and made towel super welcome. Wish I had booked this right from yhe start

All was good. What i didnt like was the way L'Olivier hotel just cancelled my room without further assistance but then this place saved me.

Unexpected and fun hotel of good quality that catered for vegans.

Toilet separate to the bathroom with no hand basin in it. Yuk!

Pleasant and peaceful property, can be recommended.

I liked the calm and friendly ambience at the property very much.

There are two things I missed: fresh vegetables at breakfast and decaf coffee as an alternative which I drink instead of regular for health reasons (available at the bar though).

Modern hotel in a church, nothing for claustrophobic people.

You could not look through the window because they are to high...2m. So I had the feeling to be in a crypta. I slept very bad therefore.

The perfect place for a city trip in Mons.

Very friendly welcome and beautiful spacious rooms with all comfort. Ideal location to explore the city. It is convenient that the hotel has its own parking (extra charge).

The hotel and the room had a very cool vibe.

THe room smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana (in the bathroom). The air conditioning was not working well so the room was very hot throughout the night

You can not be late with parking, because then you need to leave your car keys at the reception.

i have chosen this room because of the big windows for husband’s birthday. and on the photos they were like this. but our room was on 1 floor and it was bad surprise, without nice windows or view 😧
