Très bonne expérience une nouvelle fois. 😊 Je m’étais trompée dans ma réservation et j’ai demandé un changement au dernier moment. Tout a été géré sans aucun souci. Ils ont été très réactifs, compréhensifs et arrangeants. La chambre était comme toujours propre, confortable et agréable. Un grand merci pour votre professionnalisme. Je recommande sans hésiter ! 👍

For Mons, location is very convenient if you have a car.- I am not sure if I felt the same with public transpietation. There were some misunderstandings about payment of reservation fee and safety deposit - maybe they don't deal frequently via booking but direct reservations. At the end it was evened out but there was some unnecesary messaging here and there.

Deuxième séjour et toujours aussi bien. 😊 Chambre propre, literie confortable et environnement calme. Tout s’est déroulé simplement et sans souci. Une valeur sûre, je reviendrai avec plaisir lors d’un prochain passage dans le coin. 👍

Très belle décoration. Super ambiance lumineuse et une odeur très zen . Grande salle de bain
Très mauvais emplacement, devant une grande route très fréquentée et ça roule vite .. tv ne fonctionne pas.. et le lit ( même si très grand et confortable) bouge à cause des pieds .
