My Room number 211 was not cleaed during the daytime. . The cleaning staff knocked on my door at 18.00 and asked if i wanted my toom cleaned. The toilet roll holder was hanging off. The air conditioning control was broken and there was no kettle or coffee making facilities. Thanks Robert Gray

Stayed for two nights. The treehouse was a great experience and the hotel is nice and clean. The hotel is located in a very green and nice environment which was amazing during our stay. We had a nice view into the Woods from the treehouse. Unfortunately after the first night the bath towels were not exchanged for fresh ones or lets say, the room was not cleaned and checked. This was a little strange but got some fresh towels from the reception. Employees of the hotel are kind and helpful. Breakfast was ok but a little meager. This hotel is nearby Pairi Daiza which is a fantastic animal kingdom zoo. We did not use pool but lookes nice to cool down when it's hot outside. In short, an nice hotel in beautiful surroundings

Perfect moment after a whole day in Pairi Daiza Zoo, this hotel give a peaceful moment, we play snooker in the morning and some other client in the swiming pool..that really cool... The breakfast is really good. much offer and delicious. Big love.

The hotel was conveniently located close to SHAPE where I was doing some work. The hotel is a bit older, but the staff did a good job of taking care of me. My complements to the chefs as the consistently prepared wonderful meals.

Ok for a quick trip. Was visiting the zoo and needed somewhere to sleep. Hotel felt clean in general but the rooms are quite tired and need work. Was going to eat at the restaurant but when we got there a customer was complaining about the food quality so gave it a miss. Parking is handy

Staff were polite. Breakfast was ok and decent for the price (about 14 euros). I stayed in a tree house, which seemed a little neglected from a cleaning and maintenance perspective. The shower drained slowly and I asked the front desk to have someone look at it - not sure if they did. There were several smashed dead bugs that hadn't been cleaned off the walls, and the window leaked when it rained. I think it could have been a really cool place - just needs some love.

The staff were nice; but understaffed. The pool was outside but not temp. controlled, and it was green with algea (indicating poor cleaning & little/no chlorine). The room's toilet had large yellow stains because it was slightly running non-stop, which also meant I heard it refill it's tank every few minutes. The drain in the bathtub had a large amount of hair in it (at least two-three month's worth) and the tub was not cleaned properly. The Aircon did not work so the room was hot and humid the whole week. There was no minibar, and the walls were thin - I was forced to listen to a neighboring room's couple "enjoy themselves" two nights in a row: thankfully the tv's sound worked - but all the channels were in french (except one). The hotel was worn, and poorly maintained as a whole; stained/damaged walls, poorly cleaned rooms, and unkept external areas were quite noticable from the moment I entered the parking lot. Even the aricon control and keycard/power box in the room were loose on the walls. The dinner steak was delicioius, but the presentation was mediocre at best. The pictures on Hotels.com do not match reality. I was disappointed in the hotel, and I felt sorry for the staff (whom honestly seemed to try their best, despite being understaffed). My colleague was in a room on a different floor, but the situation was more-or-less the same there. I tried to change hotels on day 2, but the booking type hindered this possibility.

Based on the pictures this looked like a fine hotel to spend the night. Little did we know. The room smelled horrible. Comparable to sewer and an old homes people smell. The airconditioning did not work. We complained several times (3) during the evening and night. The staff was willing to help. Little did we know that the staff actually dealt with these complaints many times. So it was just a rehearsed helping offer. Heard that from the barman during my last complaint in the middle of the night. The room is in desperate need of a new carpet, a new paint on the wall and new mattresses and a new bathroom and a new airconditioning which can actually work. The bathroom shower did not work due to the lime scale. There was no water coming thru the big shower head at all! The lime scale on the walls was of the charts. There are tons of mosquitoes in the room and hotel. So sleeping with the window open was no option. At 1pm i could get a hold of a fan so we were able to get a few hours sleep but we woke up with broken backs and a lot of mosquito bites. After that it was time for breakfast. There was not a lot of choice. There were two types of bread, chocolate croissants and some cereal. The scrambled egg was really disgusting. The orange juice not fresh. I can go on and on with everything that is wrong with this place. On top of this all the fire alarm went off three times due to a mail function. The pool water had turned green. This hotel definitely earned a top 2 spot of worst

We stayed in one of the sauna rooms. First issue was that the room was situated downstairs, next to the gym, the hotel toilets, & the reception area, so was very noisy. We had people in the room above us banging the floor, running around & shouting at 1am. The sauna was a nice addition to the room, but the water bucket was full of mouldy water. Cobwebs & dust everywhere in the room, and a colony of ants outside the room door, which a member of staff did clean up, but the ants returned about 10 mins later. We went for food at the hotel too, which was nice, but definitely not worth the price at all. The staff were all very polite and did assist when we reported the people above us being loud. The gym was nice, had little equipment but was good quality & very clean. We didn’t use the pool. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel, and I would recommend finding somewhere else in the area to stay.
