Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is Clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. I originally booked for one evening but the morning I was meant to book out, I booked the same room for another night.
If the kitchen was open and running.. haveing a evening meal with a drink in the hotel, rather than having to drive would make this hotel near to perfect.

Sorry all was fine however not a fan of cold breakfast , no hot meal facility.
Not sure ours was a flying visit , but would stay again as I know the area having lived there.

Brilliant staff excellent team working here Hussain the manager is very good and willing to help all staff here are good rooms are amazing you get your own mini fridge bid spacious rooms would defo recommend

Room itself was fine and everything in it was in good working order.
Strong and off-putting smell of mould hits you as soon as you enter the hotel, although thankfully this was nowhere near as pronounced in the room. Reception area had a definite drug hostel feel when we were leaving in the morning, not what you expect from a Best Western branded hotel.
