Nice communal area upstairs where we could all hang out, cook meals etc. Convenient for those with a car (parking and access). The staff were quick to answer but were not always able to rectify problems.

This was a bit of a disappointment. Construction going on which was noisy (no sleeping in) and obstructed access to the apartment. The five of us only had two forks and four coffee mugs, toiletries were missing from the upstairs bathroom, no hairdrier... we did get more forks and mugs the next day but nothing else. My bedroom was adjoined by a door to another apartment, so I could see the light underneath the door and hear people talking. Did not feel private. The last day there was heavy rain and the ceiling windows leaked so we had to throw towels on the floor.

Spacious apartments, although beds could be bigger considering size of rooms. Good general facility such as kitchen and new bathrooms. Good gated parking, safe

Couldn’t find a hair dryer that I needed to used in the early AM, called 24/7 helpline at night and the lady directed me and gave me a code to another apartment to get the hairdryer from there but it also wasn’t in that apartment. HUGE INCONVENIENCE

This property was great! I was pleased to find it clean upon check-in. The bed was comfortable, and I really liked the modern design of the washroom.

When I checked in i saw the lock of main door was broken from inside. When i took shower then there was leakage of water and the whole tv Lounge was wet, i couldn’t use the Lounge then.

Well i like the apartment being spacious and i love the bathrooms and cleanness. Three bathroom, that was a very cool bonus.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights and during the whole time no one came to clean the apartment neither dis you leave cleaning amenities available for us to clean. Its just thoughtless of the host. I believe i got charged cleaning fee for each night i slept yet you couldn’t think to send someone over to clean each morning and empty the bins. Its so disappointing. Also we agreed id be checking in with my family 1-2pm yet you kept us waiting outside until 4.10pm because you didn’t have the apartment cleaned early enough. This are all so disappointing and i’m not sure we would he returning.

Honestly it failed to disappoint it was honestly amazing very spacious amazing kitchen beds toilets etc, i felt safe and secure where i was it’s well located I would definitely re visit in the future 10/10 for me

Lovely and comfortable cool place for a family holiday stay. I love the bedroom decorations and very spacious woow!

The first post code led us to the street behind the apartment, and access to the key first time was very complex 😀. We spent nearly 30 minutes standing outside our apartment and couldn't get the door opened.

The main door lock from the inside was very loose feel but insecure rest everything was spot on.

Only one shower for the volume of persons slowed to use the property.

Everything was up to my standards

First of all I was very impressed with this property, me and my family have stayed in a few places before and we have always had problems so was very reluctant to book this at first but it was the best decision I made. It was very spacious and very clean.

There was a problem with the gate so I rang the number I was given, the lady I spoke to I found very rude and she hung up on me. Secondly there was no hot water in the morning so we all had to have cold showers.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hayy Luxury Homes in Bradford, and I can genuinely say it was one of the best group accommodations we've experienced! From the moment I walked in, I knew I had to record our check-in to share with friends, family, and social media – the first impression was an instant WOW. The property was clean and so well-organised – every little detail had been thought through. The dining area was large enough to comfortably seat all 10 of us at once, which made our shared meals feel extra special. The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking: pots, pans, utensils, chopping boards, plates, tea cups, glasses, and more. There was a full-sized fridge freezer with loads of storage space, as well as a microwave, toaster, kettle, and oven – perfect for family-style meals. We were especially impressed by the host’s thoughtful attention to detail. Each room had hangers, and there was central heating as well as additional electric heaters in every room – great for keeping cosy no matter the weather. An iron, ironing board, and a washing machine were also provided, along with essentials like dishwashing soap, bin liners, towels, and bath sheets – it really felt like a home away from home. The bathrooms were a great size and beautifully clean, with both bath and shower options. The sitting room was super cosy with a TV offering YouTube and Netflix, and the WiFi was fast and reliable throughout our stay. There was also a lovely little dining area in the living space, which gave us extra room to relax and chat. Upstairs, we had four comfortable bedrooms, each with small double beds, wardrobes, and chest of drawers – plenty of room for clothes and personal items. The attic room on the third floor was a real highlight – huge, with even more storage, a bed, and a quiet reading/study corner with a table and chair, plus a handy sitting stool.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything we disliked. But if we were to suggest one thing, it would be to consider adding an extra bed in the attic room. That space could easily accommodate it, and it would allow the property to host up to 12 guests which would be amazing, especially since it’s so hard to find places this spacious and well-kept for large groups.

Everything was perfect, the only thing was there were bins that had rubbish left in from previous visitors, not a huge thing ,

The only thing we did have a comment on was we could not find the light to the stair from the front door, Thank goodness for torches on phones. MAybe useful to point out to the next guests where it is , we never found it.

So easy to check in and out kitchen and bathroom exceptionally decorated and overall very clean off the side of an area with lots to do and close to city centre

TVs aren’t linked up so you have to log into your accounts separately but a very minor thing just being picky atp
