Large bedroom and bathroom with splendid walk in shower and good water pressure . Staff very friendly and helpful. Dining area split into sections so no overwhelming big space

Pub attached was lovely
Didn’t get in the room what was stated in the booking. No iron, asked the waiter at the bar and he didn’t even know what an iron was. Said a manager would come to our room but no one came

The location is great for what we needed it for.
Creaky floor boards. It's an old building unfortunately we could hear people moving around their rooms.

The room was clean and comfortable
The staff were overwhelmed on the day we arrived - it was busy, but there were long waits for drinks and food, and to check-in. I guess we stayed at a busy time, but it was predictable.
The floor boards were really noisy and some rooms back onto a busy road.
