Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel. There are many things we really enjoyed, although there are also a few areas that could definitely be improved. Pros: The location is great, and the view of the sea from our room was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious every day, with a great selection of seafood and very tasty meat dishes. We were really happy with the variety and quality of the food throughout our stay. The staff were polite and friendly. There was entertainment available both during the day and in the evening. The hotel is also within walking distance of Magaluf and Palmanova ,around 30 minutes on foot. This is very convenient if you want to go to a club, eat at a restaurant, do some shopping, or buy souvenirs. Our room was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated.

Cons: The main issue for us was the number of people. The hotel is quite large and, during the high season, it gets very busy. There was almost always a long queue at the pool bar. Having only one bar may be fine for a smaller hotel, but for a hotel of this size and with so many guests, it simply doesn’t seem enough. Another issue was the sunbeds. I understand that the hotel probably cannot physically fit many more around the pool, so this is more of an issue with other guests than with the hotel itself. A lot of people reserve sunbeds early in the morning and then barely use them. Because of this, it was sometimes impossible to find two sunbeds next to each other. The pool towel policy was also surprising. I completely understand having to pay a deposit for towels, as this is common in many hotels. However, if I remember correctly, there was an additional €2 charge each time you wanted to exchange your towel for a clean one. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at where I had to pay to exchange a used pool towel for a clean one, and I found it quite strange. Parking is another thing to keep in mind. It costs €10 per day if you rent a car from a company other than the one represented at the hotel. The parking area is not enclosed or particularly secure — it simply has a barrier at the entrance. Again, this was the first time I had stayed at a hotel where I had to pay an additional daily fee for this type of parking. One of the biggest disadvantages for us was the lighting in both the room and on the balcony. There was no main ceiling light in the room, only smaller lamps and ambient lighting, so the room felt very dark in the evening. There was no proper light on the balcony either. For us, this was quite a significant downside, as we simply didn’t have enough light in the room at night. The hairdryer could definitely be improved.

The location is just perfect for a quiet relaxing break, a long weekend is perfect. If you are looking for a little more atmosphere Magluf is a 15/20 minute walk 10/15 euro taxi ride.

The one and only thing that lets this hotel down is the all inclusive drinks section, the bar is always far too overcrowded and the cocktails are a little bland. Food selection makes up for the additional cost on the all inclusive to balance out the negative.
