We were very pleased with our stay. The room was big enough and in good condition, air conditioning worked well and really helped. We didn’t book a room with a view but they upgraded us for free. Even thought the pool area gets busy we were able to find free places. We liked the restaurant with a view and the food was good. The Cave bar is nice. We didn’t face any of the problems that other visitors complained about here.
It’s a big hotel so it can get busy.

Lovely views of the bay and the sea. The hotel is far enough from Magaluf to be quiet and relaxing. The food was good, especially the cakes and desserts. Overall, a very nice place for a peaceful holiday.
Perhaps a little more attention to guests' requests at reception would be appreciated. On one occasion, I had to follow up a few times regarding a request. Apart from that, everything was very good and we enjoyed our stay.
