The hotel is in a great location for access to the beach, bars and restaurants! Also taxi rank right outside and bus stops also so super easy to travel into Palma old town
There aren’t enough loungers on really busy days, large groups are allowed so can get loud and rowdy at times, also unless you pay you don’t get clean fresh pool towels daily

Firstly I wish I knew the gentleman name that checked us in and really supported me. I turned up with a very damaged foot due to kicking the curb. Even though this did not happen on their grounds he went about above and beyond in making sure I had everything I needed. We also was able to check in early. Are room was a brilliant size and their body wash and the scent is amazing. This is our second visit and can’t wait to visit again.
The only thing that could have been slightly better was the air conditioner in the room it just needed to be slightly more powerful due to the room being quite big. This was nothing major at all.
And I really would prefer they had a double bed instead of 2 singles.
