    Lovely hotel. However found the waiter at pool bar ( terrace area ) extremely rude , a man who takes his job far too serious. Smile a little other than that. Very nice hotel

    This hotel is in a great position along Palmanova strip - beach, restaurants and transport into Palma and Airport. We stayed in an annexe which meant two elevators or walk down some steps. Everywhere was clean, although the cleaners only came into our room once during our last 3 days. The balcony rail was loose and should have been repaired as it could be dangerous for anyone who was drunk etc. The deposit for beach towels was 10 euros but returnable at the end of your holiday. There was a 3 euros charge if you wanted a clean towel. Safe was extra charge and we paid 46 euros tourist charge.

    I booked a sea view room, that is barely able to see the sea. You need to go out to balcony, go to the end left, then you will be able to glance at the sea slightly. Twin room was 2 single beds room, that will split apart the moment you lie middle. Bathtub was small, with not a glass shower screen but shower curtain which is in poor quality. Shower gel is cheap quality as well. Facilities and furnitures used by the hotel are all cheap quality, weird colour combination. Breakfast, nothing special. Not much variety too. "Jacuzzi" is actually just 1 hot tub on different floor from the pool with no clear indication. Hot tub in 4 star hotel and use as Jacuzzi? Really? Only good thing is the location, you can walk to the beach.
