Cleansers didn’t properly clean
Toilet seat had hairs on when arrived crumbs on bench we not fussy people wasn’t a massive deal to us

It is a nice, clean hotel with a good food and a nice people that work there..i can't complain..we had a nice time
Everthing was fine but this is not a 4* hotel..it is more like 3+* but it is ok..the drinks and snacks are not at the level of 4* , pool is small and allinclousive is not that good as it sounds..but not that bad eighter..and the beach is public..

Good location
The drinks service was so slow and cocktails were disappointing, it would take about 20minutes to make a cocktail for it to be just juice and so much ice. There was also loads of ants in our room
