The hotel has a good location and the staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The all-inclusive package was convenient; however, the overall experience was quite basic. The food selection was very simple and repetitive, with almost the same dishes served for both lunch and dinner every day. The coffee machines frequently did not work properly, which was disappointing. Additionally, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and it was possible to feel the springs while sleeping. While the hotel has some positive aspects, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of food quality, facilities, and comfort.
