Everything was perfect, the staff made it feel like we were royalty. We had a noise issue in our room, and they were kind enough to change it. The cleaning ladies were very nice as well. The swimming pool is amazing, and the hotel is only a few hundred meters from the beach. Breakfast is rotating, so you don’t have 2 days in a row the exact same things, and the discount on the restaurant is appreciated.

We had a huge issue with ants in our room. I asked to be moved the first morning and got told no. They were in our things, on the toilet everywhere. All we got to compensate this was a free drink each

The location was great, everything was very easily accessible. When we checked in the member of staff (English fella, didn’t catch his name) was super friendly, took his time with us and gave us loads of recommendations.

We noticed a couple of ants in the bathroom on night 1 and by the next morning our whole floor in the room was covered in ants. When we complained to reception we were simply told they “can’t control all the insects” but they sent up maintenance who seemed to fix the issue however the floor wasn’t cleaned fully so we were left with dead ants in the bathroom and parts of the bedroom. We paid for a hot tub room however there was very little privacy with the hot tub facing into a restaurant across the street and the bar right below us meant we heard absolutely everything into the early hours of the morning. If you want a quiet holiday, I wouldn’t recommend room 101. But the view was lovely!
