The hotel has a good location. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The elevator is very small, just for 2 persons at the most. It has a very nice terrace to be at night but they only offer drinks, if they have something to eat also, it would be perfect.

The reception staff were wonderful.
The a/c could not be fixed for 3 days. The lift could only accommodate 1 person at a time, so very claustrophobic.

It was right next door to a monument i had wanted to go to as a Catholic, Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica. The room facilities were absolutely great and i enjoyed the close proximity to Cafes such as Molino where the food is absolutely great. The staff is amazing
