We had a great stay! The receptionist was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming, and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The whole apartment was perfectly air-conditioned, which was a huge relief after sightseeing in 35°C heat. The common area was spacious and comfortable, and the location was excellent. We will definitely come back!

Beautifully renovated rooms in an excellent location.

The lack of available staff on site, particularly at check in was really disappointing and unprofessional. We had made contact with the property to prearrange our arrival time and requested luggage storage which was approved. On arrival, it was impossible to get in contact with anyone about accessing the property. When we finally reached someone, he was extremely rude and dismissive- refusing to meet us for another hour and a half. When we checked in, he tried to make us pay for the city tax in cash, demanding more than what was quoted in our Booking.com booking. We didn’t see another staff member for the remainder of our stay, including at checkout.
