Great location, and the host was very helpful. Near the central station, so virtually anything in Rome is easily accessible.

Struttura vicinissimo alla stazione Termini, stanze nuove e pulite, personale attento e cordiale. Come zona non è certamente turistica, ma ha il vantaggio di potersi spostare facilmente. Se riuscissero ad abbassare un pò il prezzo sarebbe il top rispetto ai prezzi di Roma

Beautifully renovated rooms in an excellent location.

The lack of available staff on site, particularly at check in was really disappointing and unprofessional. We had made contact with the property to prearrange our arrival time and requested luggage storage which was approved. On arrival, it was impossible to get in contact with anyone about accessing the property. When we finally reached someone, he was extremely rude and dismissive- refusing to meet us for another hour and a half. When we checked in, he tried to make us pay for the city tax in cash, demanding more than what was quoted in our Booking.com booking. We didn’t see another staff member for the remainder of our stay, including at checkout.
