We felt very fortunate to have found this guest house in Rome. Our room was large and elegant and the bathroom was spacious. The bed was really comfy. Everything was super clean. The location near Termini and the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore was ideal. The best part of our stay was our host, Consuelo. She was so kind, attentive and generous. She gave us a lot of helpful tips such as which buses to take, what good restaurants to consider in the neighborhood, and what things we might like to see further a far. We will definitely come back!

Location was very convenient. Staff was exceptionally helpful, kind and friendly. Room was very clean and spacious. Facilities were very good.

It was excellent in all respects: location, comfort, cleanliness and facilities. What made it truly exceptional, though, was the support and advice offered by Consuelo, who was unfailingly cheerful and helpful. She made our stay special.

Our host was extremely helpful and friendly and we did like how close we were to the termini since we took the trains several times. The shower was hot which I love
The room was very noisy. We heard piano very loudly through the thin walls. It was also quite humid and had poor airflow which wasn’t good for me and I ended up getting sick a few days into our trip as we had to sleep with the window open. There was very little privacy as the room is next to the elevator and reception area so we heard talking and noise as I’m sure they could hear us as well. Some rugs or maybe more wall decor or furniture may help to absorb some of the excess noise.
