I stayed at Residenza 72 upon arrival to Rome and liked it so much that I canceled what I had for the departure to stay here again. Close—but not too close—to Roma Termini station. Lots of dining within walking distance (like much of Rome!). Super friendly communication through WhatsApp.

Great location near Termini but not too near. :-) Modern and clean. I didn’t need a full-service hotel, so it was perfect. Loved having a bottle of aqua frizzante waiting in the fridge, also a carafe of filtered water for the hot pot. Little details like earplugs and candies. Hosts were incredibly responsive on WhatsApp and even friendlier in person.
A minor issue with lack of hot water in the shower and a slow drain, but it was not a big deal, and they said they were going to check it out.
