    We actually got moved from our original room even before we could see it. At the beginning my reservation could not be found for several minutes, then we got told that there's actually a problem and water got into our room without the chance to see the problem myself. Conclusion me and my friend got moved to another hotel always under the same management. My personal opinion is that they were overbooking and didn't want to admit it so that's why we got moved even to a lower 1 star hotel. All of the this while not a single person of the staff was speaking italian, all in english, crazy to run a hotel a non of the workers could actually speak italian..

    We arrived to the place having no electricity. They said it had been out for a few hours, a nice American family informed us that it had been out for 29hrs at that point. We had a dreadful night. The temperature was approx 35C, no fans, and we could only open windows out onto the light well that had all the nearby resuraunts AC exhausts spewing out hot air. We couldn't sleep, and checked the electricity regularly, it came back on at 5am, and we got an hour's sleep before our train to pompeii. I'd have hoped for a refund or at least a token gesture to reflect the terrible experience but instead they claim the electricity was out for 5hrs only....literally lying to my face. It's hard to deal with people who can't be reasonable. We paid approximately 180 euros for that night, it was not cheap. To its credit its quite nicely located but there are lots of other options in the area, try them, save your money. Last point, Agoda have been useless throughout all of this. I won't be using them again

It offers great value for money and is a good option for group travellers, as the rooms can accommodate up to five guests. The hotel is ideal for short stays of one or two nights, providing a comfortable place to freshen up and rest while exploring Rome. Overall, a practical choice for those looking for convenience, affordability, and a central location.

    Took them 30 minutes to find our reservation. Room for 5 but only sheets and beds for 4. And a pull out couch with no sheets. Bedside lights didn't work. Toilet on continual flush ( staff did come promptly to fix). Overpowering cigarette smoke in corridor. On the positive side, window very effective from road noise. Useful mini fridge. Great location.
