Lokalizacja, zaciemnienie, bliskość do knajpek i Koloseum. Dobry kontakt z obsługą i szybką reakcją na prośby i pytania. Super że były dostępne butelki ze świeżutką wodą, ekspres do kawy i herbaty oraz wsparcie toaletowe np. szczoteczka do zębów czy golarka. Jak na lokale w Rzymie bardzo fajny standard. Sejf i lodówka oraz suszarka. Nie mogłem tylko zlokalizować żelazka które wg obsługi było ale na szczęście mieliśmy swoje.
Halas z współdzielonego holu i mieszkania obok. Mam wrażenie że sąsiadom trochę przeszkadza że pokoje są wynajmowane bo co wieczór słychać było głośny telewizor z mieszkania wyżej albo obok. Nie było to mocno drażniące ale zauważalne.

Habitación muy bien ubicada, coliseo y foro a 10 minutos andando. El resto de monumentos a unos 30 minutos andando. La habitación era de buen tamaño y todos los días teníamos café y tés. Nos guardaron las maletas el último día hasta que nos fuimos.
La limpieza, dejó mucho que desear. Se limitaba a hacer las sábanas y cambiar la toalla si se la dejábamos. Ni barrer el suelo

Location was great. Plenty of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance.
WiFi and Internet connectionnot working for 4 days. Room not cleaned for first two days. Central heating for bathroom towel radiator did not work after first day. No sound proofing, people next door could be heard and toilet flushing from adjacent bathroom could be heard. Many things listed as being available in the room were not present.
