The staff was great and kind! The facilities were good and the breakfast is served by the staff according to your request. The location is very good, you can go walking to Roma Termini which is very nice.
Although there was nothing bad, there was nothing that justified the high price that we pay for the room.

I really liked the apartment, and the staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional
However, the walls were extremely thin, and you could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms and in the corridor, which was especially disturbing at night.
The water pressure in the shower was very low, making it difficult to wash my hair properly.
The bed was comfortable enough, but the pillow was far too large for my liking, and there was no proper duvet or blanket provided.
