Beyond Colosseum

The hotel is in an excellent location, the city centre is completely walkable. The rooms are clean and so gorgeous. The staff are amazing, they are great before you get there and helping with planning, brilliant when checking in and always there if needed whilst away! The room is so pretty, a brilliant size, and the aircon was definitely greatly appreciated when we got back after the day! Everything about the hotel was amazing, I will definitely be going back when I next go to Rome! The gardens were absolutely lovely aswell, and make for a very scenic walk home!

There was absolutely nothing to not like! Everything was clean and gorgeous!

Location, privacy, quietness for city centre

A party event in the garden. That we got an "invite" to. Some rude security men refused entry. We weren't even really bothered with the event, were only curious. But the security men were absolutely rude and didn't care we were guest and staying right beside the event

Our stay in this hotel made our Rome trip a memorable one. The entrance gate is already a statement. Once inside the property, the whole place gives a very different vibe - peaceful garden despite the busy street outside. Our room is looking newly renovated, very clean and the airconditioning is working properly (looks new too). Bonus - the building in front of us probably some sort of Art/film studio. There”s probably some filming happening when we were there, we even saw the location in one of the films on netflix :)

It’s got a lot of character as you stay in an old barn type building. Very high ceilings and exposed beams and the site itself is in a kind of private park Staff were very friendly and nice we contacted them and when they introduced us to the room etc

They hold events there which can be quite noisy and go quite late. On one occasion it kept us up until 1am when we had something booked early the next day
