It is a beautiful place. The location was great, very close to the coliseum. Peaceful area away from the messy part of Rome. There was a place like a block away where we had breakfast every day. Comfortable bed and beautiful decoration. They provide a common fridge to keep your drinks cold and a microwave to warm your leftovers or coffee.
The air conditioning does not cool enough and the shower had mold.

The host was very accommodating and responsive. The bed was comfortable and there were clean towels provided. It was a cute room with an attached private bathroom.
There was no air conditioning in the bathroom so using the hair dryer and getting dressed after showering was not pleasant.

Close to Colloseum but far away from other attractions like Trevi Fountain and pantheon, however, there a bus stop in walking distance making it rather convenient. Has a small kitchenette in the common area. Can store luggage in an unsecured room.
The room is overall clean but the bathroom needs lots of improvement - yellow staining in the shower with mould growing around on the tiles. Awful odour from the sink made me feel sick every time when i use it. Receptionist does not speak English at all.
