Fabulous location, comfy bed, very clean and modern room. A nice breakfast also provided. It was the friendliness of Stefano and Oriana in particular that really made this a great place to stay. The taxi they organised for me from the airport was there waiting for me and delivered me safely to the B&B. Oriana was also super helpful with tips for living in Rome as I was moving into my apartment the next day.
If you're noise sensitive, as I am, bring ear plugs as the walls are quite thin. I always travel with earplus though so it wasn't a problem.

The staff are very friendly and nice. The location is also excellent - no more than 10-15 mins walk to a tube station and the Colosseum. The bed is quite comfy for a good-night sleep. And the overall feeling that you're safe. The bottle of wine was also a nice touch.
The breakfast is quite poor. Also, the bathroom is quite small. The warm water comes slowly too. The enclosed shower is like an ice-ring, quite dangerous. And maybe a bit of refurbishment should be done too. The bathroom door opens and closes with extremely annoying noise.
