Nice neighborhood, super clean, great staff, close to Termini, close to the Colosseum, several bus lines literally around the corner.
The breakfast could be better. It was a really nice personal service though, but if they would improve their breakfast with some fresh croissants and boiled eggs it would get 10 points.

The location was great. Useful to have a fridge in the room and a nice touch to have a bottle of wine and fresh fruit in the room.

The staff are very friendly and nice. The location is also excellent - no more than 10-15 mins walk to a tube station and the Colosseum. The bed is quite comfy for a good-night sleep. And the overall feeling that you're safe. The bottle of wine was also a nice touch.
The breakfast is quite poor. Also, the bathroom is quite small. The warm water comes slowly too. The enclosed shower is like an ice-ring, quite dangerous. And maybe a bit of refurbishment should be done too. The bathroom door opens and closes with extremely annoying noise.
