Good location, walking distance from the train station and the main tourist attractions (colosseum etc). Friendly reception by host, good communications. Coffee machine with pods provided.
A bit hard to get into the small and odd-shaped shower cubicle.

Book the large room! There are Three rooms total at the Clemy. It would be great for a family to book all three, but it was perfect for us as a couple. Awesome ceiling fresco. Nice modern bathroom Great location, especially for a quick visit due to its an easy stroll to the main train station. Large room has two big windows with plenty of light.

Super great location, really loved the area. The owner was attentive and proactive, and offered amazing restaurant recommendations in the area (I tried them all and they were all great). The room was spacious and clean, modern bathroom. He offered cookies and a nespresso machine.
The room was not cleaned everyday nor the nespresso refilled. Almost no natural light in the room because the window faces an internal courtyard.

Very nice and clean rooms in a flat. They are 3 separate rooms with bathrooms. One flat facing the street where theater is so sometimes you might here some noise after the show but otherwise very calm street in a good location close to train station, metro and colloseum is walking distance. The owner is very nice and friendly and he tooks good care of the flat. I recommend for quick stay
