We had a lovely stay in Boppard, enjoying the views and being close to shops, cafes and the train station.

We enjoyed the views, cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff who were very helpful.

Enjoyed the Location, Quiet and Safe, Right on the River, Plenty of Restaurants within Walking distance. Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Plenty of options at the buffet breakfast. Room was comfortable.

Excellent hotel to stay in Boppard.

Excellent location with very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of time taken to explain the free visitor passes. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Bathroom was big enough for our stay. Nice view from the balcony although if you are in a lower floor room you won’t get as good a view.

Breakfast seemed expensive (52€ a day for a family of four) but then we aren’t big meat & cheese for breakfast fans. I’m sure it’s fine if you are, but we just went to a superb bakery 2 minutes walk away for pastries which we prefer and was significantly cheaper.

Apart from the smoking , everything was OK.

Excellent location, very pleasant room and staff

Serious problems with the non smoking policy. The owners seem undecided as to whether guests can smoke on their balcony. Our next door neighbours insisted on smoking when we had asked them to refrain as the smoke was blowing into our room. It would be much easier if smoking was banned on the balconies. This spoilt several of our evenings!!

Great Value for Money and I'd readily visit again.

Excellent location, right on the banks of the Rhine, we had lovely river view rooms with a balcony. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, I couldn't fault it. Breakfast was nice and very good for the size of the hotel. I cannot put this in the "what didn't you like" section but the room and bathroom was a little small, that said it was very comfortable and excellent value for money and all sehr sauber

I felt like a welcome guest in someone’s home!

The hotel is cute, conveniently located, very clean, comfy bed and really nice bathtub with good water pressure and plenty of hot water! Mostly, I liked the staff. They were so kind and helpful.

Great hotel with great view of Rhine river, very friendly and helpful staff.

Location was just gorgeous, right next to the Rhine river. It is a small town with lots of nice people with good quality restaurants near the hotel. Staff was very helpful and answered many of our questions, also should mention that they were very friendly and spoke english very well. Anyone wishing to stay near the Rhine river should consider staying here.

There was only one problem and it was the hair drying machine did not work. Beyond that, it was all good

The location is superb, with some rooms overlooking the River Rhein. The owners are very friendly and extremely helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Perfect stay for the Easter break

The rooms (actually an apartment in the side building) were spacious and exceeded my expectations. The furniture was new and the overall facilities were well maintained. Very peaceful location, still close to the main attractions. Public parking nearby, at a low charge and places well available (at least in April, may be different during the tourist season). The staff was discreet and friendly.

Great little town and hotel, you coukdnt ask for more !

everything, a charm of its own, great staff and welcoming. Its not a soulless hotel chain. Fantastic little welcoming town that has lots to offer. Free travel passes for guests that takes you to most areas around. Extra clean and the staff go beyond expectations both in servicing the room and pride in their area. I definitely recommend both the hotel and area for any tourist who wants an off the beaten track experience.

Good location, friendly and clean. Our room was quite small as was the bathroom, would not recommend room 12 although it does have a balcony at the front.

Didn't realise this hotel did not have dinner facilities or a coffee/bar. Made evenings difficult as had to go out and find somewhere to eat/drink each day.

The staff was welcoming and communication excellent. We loved the location of the property and the large size of our double room. Then vines/ivy hanging out or bedroom window added to the quaint ambiance and reminded us of our home.

beautiful location, lovely balcony overlooking the Rhine, we loved having our morning coffee and evening cold ones here.

the bathroom is a little dated and small, and the room wasn’t that clean when we arrived (but was cleaned every day and sorted out by the second night)!
