Great stopover

Really good place for a stopover on our way to Portugal. We got a bigger room with seatingarea, coffemaker, microwave an fridge. Big and clean bathroom, private parking, comfy beds. Breakfast was good with lots of options and the dog was allowed in a secluded area. Near a supermarket and calm area. Autobahn was easy to reach.

Decent hotel and Coeliacs catered for.

I am Coeliac, so it was possible for me to have Gluten Free bread. The manageress was a very friendly person, and helped sort out a problem caused by Booking.Com which was the only way to get the required information out of Booking.Com - Booking.Com's support agents were not very helpful. I don't normally like showers, but I was able to get the right temperature for me in their shower.

Their car park is not that big, so there is a risk that one might not be able to park there.

Great location for motorway travel

The hotel had very helpful and friendly staff. It had everything needed for an overnight stop whilst travelling across Germany on the motorways, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning and decent food. It was in a quiet location and had good parking facilities.

Very friendly staff, but mixed feelings

Rooms not big but oké. Good breakfast, good restaurant. Very friendly staff!

Card club played at the hotel on saturday night right next to our room, very noisy, and there was a kids playing ground right outside with lots of noises until midnight every night, but because the rooms have no airco the window was open, so hard to fall asleep. Not much they can do about that I’m afraid so we did not complain.

Aangenaam en net hotel met prima ontbijt

De hoteleigenaar was zeer vriendelijk. Wij kwamen vroeger aan dan verwacht maar konden toch direct gebruik maken van de modern ingerichte kamer. Zeer verzorgd ontbijt en voldoende plaats in de ontbijtruimte. Afgesloten en gratis parking

Matras voor mij iets te zacht, maar dat is persoonlijk. Badkamer is klein maar volledig nieuw en zeer netjes. (enkel ter informatie)

Wij hebben er leuk kunnen fietsen

Wij vonden vooral de kamer goed. Niet te groot leuk comfortabel. De badkamer is met de beperkte afmeting zeer comfortabel en efficient ingericht . Het personeel is supervriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Ruime parking we konden in een afgesloten garage onze fietsen stallen en de batterijen laden. Het onbijt was ook in orde, alles wat er moet zijn was aanwezig. De omgeving heeft ons ook verrast vooral de tocht naar Heimbach langs de Rur. Prachtig

Met een knipoog , er was geen chocopasta bij het ontbijt 😉

Klare Empfehlung

Wir waren für eine Trauung angereist und durften das Zimmer ausnahmsweise schon viel früher als üblich beziehen. Unsere Anfrage vorab und die Kommunikation hierzu mit dem Besitzer verlief sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Obwohl wir relativ spät zum Frühstück kamen, war von allem, was das Herz begehrt, noch reichlich vorhanden und die Dame vom Frühstücksservice sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals überhaupt ist uns sehr positiv aufgefallen und auch nicht selbstverständlich überall mehr so anzutreffen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen, ruhige Lage

Wir nutzten das Hotel für eine Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Weg von England nach Hause. Wir konnten abends noch ein sehr leckeres Essen bekommen und das Hotel war nahe der Autobahn , aber ruhig gelegen. Gleich um die Ecke gab es eine Tankstelle und einen Supermarkt, perfekt für das "Auftanken" für die Weiterfahrt. Das Frühstück war vielfältig.

Körnerbrötchen wären noch toll gewesen.
