Corporate dull, expensive and uncomfortable

-Initial price was fare -Friendly check in -Safe modern car park

- No dedicated drop off area meaning if traveling by car you need to stop on the road - Elderly bar staff not the friendliest and other staff kind of standing around avoiding service. - No fridge in room despite there being a cupboard for one - Lighting design poor with either bright lights or no lights! - Open loo concept just not good - Noisy ventilation fan keep me up most of the night and couldn't see how to turn off. - No disabled parking. - Very very expensive parking at 25euros a day! - Very very expensive breakfast again at 25euros pp a day! - Bit too corporate feel, probably aimed at single business folks. Wouldn't recommended

Modern hotel with comfortable rooms , easy to use garage and excellent breakfast with large choice. Can be practical for both a city visit or a stop over while traveling in Germany

The bathroom is "integrated" in the room so it lacks some privacy though this was not an issue for me as i was traveling alone but need to mention still

Comfortable and well-appointed hotel

Very well-appointed hotel with brasserie. Comfortable beds, air-con, secure parking for motorcycles, good shower. The breakfast range was huge with gluten-free options made available, good coffee machine. Good evening meal in the brasserie.

Overall experience was great and I would recommend

Staff was great. Polite and accommodating.

No refrigerator in the room. I purchased water and juice prior to my arrival and was expecting to put the drinks into the refrigerator. However, rooms did not have a refrigerator. It a deal breaker, I would still recommend the place and return.

Parking more expensive than stated when I reseved and the price was not adjusted as expected. Not possible to set the aircondition, it was to hot for me to sleep

Lovely

Lovely hotel centrally located. Easy parking facilities and the room was spacious with a great shower and separate toilet. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of variety of different goodies both savoury and sweet.

The location of the hotel is very good. They reserved a parking space for us in the garage. The staff at the reception are friendly. The room is clean. Perhaps in the future, they would offer the guest a refrigerator in the room as an additional service, or have a refrigerator with cold drinks.

The breakfast is very average and I expected better based on the rating of the hotel. One person of staff was acting quite unfriendly.An extra bed could be more comfortable.

I have booked the hotel for my family with payment in advance. The guests arrived but the hotel did not let them to stay in, the hotel said that is not paid, and the guests should go out at midnight!!! But I saw in my bank it was paid!

Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exeptional. Restaurant very good.

A very small bottle of water ( A carafe of tap water would have been ok for me ) was expensive.

Modern and comfortable, perhaps not so cosy, more white and stylish.

The ventilator/heater system did not respond very well... The fan constantly changed between full speed and off during the night. Had to close it completely.
