Alles war gut

Mostly the stay was very good. Happy with the room and the staff. Breakfast was very good.

The restaurant was not open, which was disappointing as I had deliberately chosen this place because it had a restaurant. I had even sent a message to the hotel to say that we wanted to eat at the restaurant, but did not receive an answer. The nearest alternative as a restaurant was just over a mile away. We ate takeaway, which was very good from a Greek establishment. But not we wanted.

Die Zimmer hatten kein WLAN (man fiel sofort wieder raus, in beiden Zimmern) Frühstück wurde nichts nachgelegt. Für die letzten 2 Besucher lag nur 1 weißes Brötchen im Korb.

The hostess was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the kettle was a bonus.

There was not reception or indication of how to get the key.The hostess arrived a little bit later and waited for us in the car park where she told us where the key was.In the room there is not information leaflet about the facilities,the area,the wifi(we ask the hostess before she left).The room was a mismatch of furniture,bedding and a lovely kettle but no tea or coffee available.The bathroom was very clean but from the 80's at least,very deam lights.Even though it looks clean,it gave the feeling of old and dirty(sorry). The view was the main road.The bedding was so washed, the pattern was faded,the mattress very soft,a repaired hole on the ceiling and a hole on the net curtain.I'm not sure if we were given that room because we were only stopping for one night but we did't really sleep well.It is a shame because the hostess was lovely.We felt bad taking pictures.For one night it was ok but not worth £62
