Quiet hotel

Quiet hotel in a lovely town. Staff very helpful.the eateries in the vicinity were vast....Timberjacks american steak house, 2 minutes away, was amazing, well worth a visit any day of the week.

Breakfast is expensive for what is in offer.

Very unkind reception in rather bad, out of fashion hotel with no facilities at all.

We did not like anything at all about this hotel!

The way we were received when we arrived, wet and cold after a whole daycycling in the rain. Very unkind woman told us to move our bikes immediately! No words of welcome or anything. We had to put our bikes in the rain instead of under a carport because of nonsense reasons. There was no restaurant open, no breakfast possible and we were not helped with our luggage. No excuses for horrible treatment. The hotel was old, out of fashion. Never go there, because it is the worst Germany has to offer.

The advertisement is with restaurant on site, but it is not possible to eat here. The staff mentioned that the restaurant was closed due to holidays, but I guess the closure is permanent. So out into the little city to get some food….only two options, both no good

Not worth it

Bathroom and shower were clean.

The facilities are quite old, and the room I booked didn’t correspond to the picture on Booking. We got an attic room, which was quite stuffy. The carpet in the room wasn’t vacuumed properly, when walking barefoot you could feel some dirt lumps. We stayed one night from Saturday to Sunday and there was a party going on close by with loud music till 00.30, which you wouldn’t expect from the location since it’s quite remote. You could also hear the noise of the cars passing by. Pillows are quite flat as well so didn’t sleep so well because of all these factors.

A good place to stay

The owner was very kind and friendly. The house has a wonderful decoration. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

The accommodation has an outdoor terrace to have a drink, but we arrived late and the bar was closed (this is normal, because in Spain establishments are open longer in the afternoon). We would have liked to have a cold drink after our trip, but the vending machine was also out of order. Other than that, everything was fantastic.

Hotel's surroundings Breakfast wasn't served on time as we have agreed for 8am so we had to wait for 40minutes to be served. To kill the waiting time we went for a walk with our dog around the village - I don't recommend it.

Excellent lieu de repos parfait pour un petit séjour

Petit déjeuner complet, très varié, excellent, il y avait un peu de tout, petits pains frais, jus d'orange, fromages et charcuteries diverses, yaourt confiture et encore d'autres choses. La propriétaire nous a bien expliqué pour récupérer la clé de chambre, cela a très bien été, personne charmante et accueillante vraiment que du positif. Dommage que nous partions le lundi, car le restaurant est fermé ce jour là, sinon on aurait certainement mangé dans ce cadre magnifique

Tout était parfait rien à redire , on a passé 2 jours tranquilles en dehors du centre de Düren

Väldigt bra frukost buffe. Äggen utmärkta och mycket att välja från både kallt och varmt. Riktigt kaffe och många te sorter att välja från.

Lite kyligare i frukost rummet än väntat vid frukost men det är en smak sak, så inga bekymmer med det. Inget att klaga över om frukosten i sig.

Geen restaurant en bar meer terwijl dit wel aangeboden wordt door Booking.com. Er is wel een drankenkoelkast. Extra prijs ontbijt wat aan de hoge kant.

Leider nicht nochmal..

Das Zimmer hat eine gute Größe und das Personal war ganz nett.

Für 120 € pro Nacht ohne Frühstück war es wirklich nicht berauschend.. die Bettwäsche roch nicht nach Hotel (= neutral) sondern hatte einen sehr „aufdringlichen“ Geruch. Die beiden Kissen im Bett waren unterschiedlich groß und vom Kopfteil des Bettes bättert der Bezug ab. Das Bad ist nicht getrennt vom Wohnbereich, das heißt, man lernt sich wirklich gut kennen.. In der Lampe waren haufenweise tote Fliegen und das Wasser in der Dusche wurde leider nicht so richtig warm. Das Zimmer Richtung Straße war relativ laut und aus der einen Wand ragte ein Kabel hervor. Alles in allem waren es nur Kleinigkeiten, die aber in Summe nicht dafür sorgen, dass wir dieses Zimmer für 120 € wieder buchen würden.

Wir hatten ein kleines, sauberes und schönes Zimmer mit liebevoll und praktischem Mobiliar vorgefunden. Die freundliche Inhaberin hat uns alles detailliert erklärt. Die Sanitäranlagen waren neu und praktisch installiert. Durch die besondere Isolierung der Fenster war es ruhig und wir haben gut geschlafen. Lage sehr gut durch direkte Autobahnanbindung. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Zimmer war effektiv eingerichtet, jedoch war die Toilette nur durch eine Wand getrennt und hatte keine Tür. Die Dusche ist modern eingerichtet, jedoch auch offen zum Zimmer. Sehr große Rutschgefahr in der Dusche, keine Haltegriffe, keine Ablagemöglichkeit, keine Stopper auf dem Duschboden. Das Badezimmer ist im Prinzip offen in das Zimmer integriert. Veraltete Betten. Im Haupthaus waren zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes keine Toiletten. Preis/Leistung in diesem Fall passte überhaupt nicht.

Es wurde nirgends beschrieben, dass das Doppelzimmer eine Dachschräge hat. Zudem waren es statt der 20qm eher 12qm Fläche. Man wird in der Anzeige verarscht. Die vermutliche Betreiberin schob alles auf booking. Lächerlich.
