Large clean room with kitchen, bathroom and separate WC Very comfortable bed. Owner allowed me to charge our car at a very reasonable cost.

Restaurant for evening meal was in a separate hotel locally but there was a very nice Italian restaurant opposite.

No staff after 2.00 p.m. over the counter

After 2.00 p.m. the counter has no staff, so need to drive 800 meter down to another sister hotel counter to get your key, this is the only inconvenient part of this hotel.

No staff after 2.00 p.m. is sometimes inconvenient for the guess, I ran into many other guest who did not receive the notice via booking.com's app and stood at the hotel front gate with confusing faces.

Breakfast was great, location is very close to Merode Castle for the Christmas markets.

We arrived early and waited in the car until check in time, only to find a sign (in German only) that said we had to drive to the restaurant to get the keys. Normally not a big deal, but I had woken my toddler up and unpacked our luggage to enter the hotel, only to find I had to put child back into the car seat, reload the car, and drive to another location. Why that couldn't have been sent in an email or been communicated in advance was frustrating.

Very good

Very clean and stylish property. The bed was comfortable, good shower and nice breakfast. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant too.

The room was very hot. It wasn't really feasible to walk to the restaurant in the evening down the country road, and it would have been helpful to know that.

Absolutely fabulous room with the best bed and the freshest bathroom. Newly renovated. Windows kept the traffic noise and the heat on the outside. The breakfast was above the average.

The room could have been cleaned a little better. Lots of long hair at the floor and dust in the "corners". The bathroom was well cleaned! Missed the airconditioned ventilation. No restaurant serving dinner close by. 1 km to the nearest - this belongs to the hotel.

Exceptional

Very quiet, clean and beautiful hotel. I enjoyed the peacefulness in and outside the hotel. There is available parking and closeby there is the second building where the food is very nice. I really enjoyed a delicious dinner with my beer. Personnel was very friendly, willing to offer any assistance might needed.

We changed the room from tower suite to no. 80, perfect room, quiet, spacy, good breakfast, sympathic staff.

We enjoyed the restaurant for dinner, great food, nice service.

ich hätte mir im Hotel eine Möglichkeit, ein Feierabendbier o.ä. für das Zimmer zu kaufen, gewünscht (Automat) beim Frühstück um 8.30 Uhr: hätte gerne eine Auswahl knuspriger Frühstücksbrötchen gehabt; hätte mich über ein frisches Rührei oder ein warmes gekochtes Ei gefreut, mein Auge isst auch mit und wählt gerne von ausdekorierten Wurst- und Käseplatten aus

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück überschaubar aber sehr lecker. Rührei wurde frisch zubereitet. Hier ist alles aufs rote Einhorn gemacht. Das Hotel wurde mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Es war wirklich sehr schön dort.

Voelt absoluut niet als vier sterren. Enkel de prijs misschien. ;-)

- Vriendelijk personeel - Aangenaam hotel - Makkelijk parkeren voor de deur - Ruime, mooie kamer

- Een viersterrenhotel met onbemande receptie overdag ?? Keycards gaan oppikken in een ander hotel ? - Het ontbijt was van zeer lage kwaliteit - De lift boezemde weinig vertrouwen in door de creepy geluiden die hij maakte ;-) - In plaats van badkamer en toilet te scheiden, had men beter er één ruime badkamer van gemaakt. - Geen wasbakje in het toilet. Geen schapje in het toilet. - Het sanitair is een typisch voorbeeld van 'form over function'. De handdouche is vervelend in gebruik en de badkamerkraan is gewoon te kort voor de wasbak.
