Clean , comfortable and good value for money. Twice as good as uk premier inn of holiday inn for half the price.

The location was good for the time of year we visited. February, which is the lowest of low seasons. It's like a ghost town there and it's the only area where things were open. If you're there for the beaches, I wouldn't say this is the best location. If you're there just to see the old town, then this is a pretty central location.
The wifi is good.
The breakfast was okay. Again, it was low season, so it wasn't a buffet. It was a selection from a menu of different choices between continental, eggs or pancakes.
Parking was easy to find, it was just on the street outside the hotel.
The hotel itself is pretty old and not well maintained. The rooms are ok, generally clean and in ok condition. It looks like they refurbished the rooms at one stage but it still looks dated. It seems like more of a conference hotel than a holiday hotel.
The kettle in the room was filthy
