Family friendly and perfect for what we were looking for. Lots of activities for the kids. Fabulous location by the Black Sea

Facilities were basic and decor is a bit dated but that didn’t take away from the kids enjoyment.

Beach is not managed at all. Bad smell, dirty and some angry lifeguard shouting to others. Next to hotel there is another beach where it is clean and peaceful, many guests from hotel go there and pay extra.

Very good location, big variety in foods, and lots of entertainment options on the huge hotel grounds. Food was mostly okay too.

Using the few elevators was a nightmare, especially during meal times. The elevators are small, slow, and inefficiently programmed. The toilet paper provided in the rooms is terrible: it feels very cheap and rips easily. And the food is okay. The vaiety is good during main meals, but almost non-existent for daytime snacks. The “Nutella” provided for breakfast pancakes isn’t nutella, but a cheap (and very bad) knock-off. Same goes for the fruit juices, the beer, and most of the coke at the self serving stations: it tastes artificial, cheap, and just plain bad. Most of the staff does’t speak English, and although they are friendly and try to be helpful, this does lead to some minor inconveniences. Our room felt old and in desperate need of renovation. And finally: the tap water is not drinkable. This just feels weird at a 5-star hotel… Overall, none of these issues were huge, and we had a good time regardless. But quite a few of these seem simple to fix, and I cannot get why a 5-star hotel doesn’t pay more attention to these small details.
