Everything was perfect , staff was friendly and helpful. We personally thank you for the nice touch in the room and the wishes. The food was out of this world compared to other 5 star resorts that we stayed in Bulgaria. Thank you also for fixing the issue with the parking , greatly appreciated. The views were amazing and the most exciting thing was that after you eat you can just stroll off the restaurant's terrace for a walk in the Old Nessebar. For sure we will come for another stay. Thank you for everything !
PS: they let you feed the cats, but please bear in mind to leave food for the cats near the terrace. Nobody will complain. Incredible.
Small fixes that could be easily done in the room , few cracks on tiles, etc. Nothing major.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the beach. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!
The only small inconvenience we experienced was that the lights in the room and bathroom sometimes turned off on their own, even when we were inside with the wristbands.

Wonderful hotel with professional staff and great location between old and new town. Excellent service, beautiful view and everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended.

The location is not bad even it is not a beachfront as if you want to go to good beach you need to walk 8-10 min.
The top roof pool and the bar!
Definitely it is a 4 stars hotel experience.
Everything is obsolete but the biggest problem for me was that all around the hotel and notably in the room it was strong odour coming from the kitchen.
There are also some other problems when you try to arrange a parking.
