Perfect location for us - steps from the sandy beaches of Sunny beach and at a 15 min walk from Old Nessebar. The promenade is starting from the hotel so it is very nice either for an evening walk or if you are an early bird you can admire the sunrise. There is a bus stop very near and the tourist train stop is right in front of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and so were cleaning ladies. We didn’t use the pool so cannot say anything about it.
The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from Bedroom and Cacao beach clubs so if you want to party there it is not far to get back walking. Just have in mind that you can hear the music till early in the morning if you are facing this side of the hotel (which was not a problem for us :))

Walk outside to gain access to breakfast room. Breakfast was lukewarm warm on a good day. Restaurant was closed for the whole of our stay.

Location excellent as in New Town with easy access to the Old Town and other resorts. A beach on the doorstep and an available pool.
Receptionist on arrival “Gabriala” very helpful.
Hotel clean and airy.
Free parking area heavily littered with empty plastic bottles, rubbish and what appeared to be excrement. In the extreme heat a major fire risk. I complained as I didn’t want to put my car there. The hotels other parking was jam packed. The manager gave us free inside parking as they agreed with the situation.
The cleaning staff were rude and dominated the lifts. Tried closing lift on my grandchildren even though cleaner was only occupant. I understand they have a job to do but they ignored do not disturb signs in both our rooms and came in regardless even though we were inside. Our 14 year old granddaughter was resting as she didn’t feel well but 2 of the cleaners ignored the do not disturb and cleaned around her.
