Nice and tasty food, really nice outside area and on the first line from the beach. So many places to visit at the hotel that it will take some time to discover all of them. Rooms are very clean and staff is friendly. In case of any problems and wishes designated person ( we had a chance to speak with Denis) make sure that your stay will be best possible, and not forgotten for long time. Recomends !
as we was traveling in Septemeber outside pool temperature could be much varmer and more restaurants open.

Huge, beautiful and clean room (better than the photos), so many things to do (game room, animation, water park) beautiful landscape and views. Especially loved the forest next to the beach.
The water in the swimming pools/water slides was a little bit too cold

Food, room and staff were great to interact with! We enjoyed the indoor warm pool as all the other pools are not heated. Staff were friendly and when we wanted to get a room on a higher room the lady at the front desk took a few mins and got us a better room!!
Minus is that the food seems to be the same almost every day, gets a bit tiring if you stay for a long time. The outdoor kids pool is not heated, was too cold for the kids to go swimming, or use the smaller kids waterslides. There are signs in the bathrooms that if you want to help save the environment then hang up your towels on the racks then the cleaning staff won't change your towels, but each day no matter where the towels were they would change all towels, even the ones hanging that had only been used once and weren't at all dirty.

Charging for car parking,and i don’t have a place for parking I have to park on foot way ,on the beach we doesn’t have access to on beds area was only for Sol Palace that place ,much different on the food on bars and they are called a resort with 3 hotels ,I’ve payed more for 3 days for 4 stars all inclusive than 5 stars all inclusive,Very limited on drinks at long bar or pools bar … So don’t recommend at all .
