Quiet location, we got a bigger room than the one we chose, the beach was a 3-5 minutes walk away

Food was really disappointing, we got the same thing on rotation for 3 days. Staff was only friendly to Bulgarians😅 the price was not high, but we definitely expected more (compared to other all inclusive hotels in Golden Sands, for example).

Restaurant & Food: The restaurant is quite big and has sufficient space to not have to wait in line to sit. The variety of food was not big but everything was delicious and restocked often. The all inclusive bar had decent variety and bartenders poured generously. Room: The room was big, open and recently updated. The bathroom was really spacious which is a bonus when traveling with family and children. There were 2 balconies which were quite handy for storing our beach gear on one and actually enjoy the great view on the other. Beach: The beach is fairly close and on acceptable walking distance for a small child. The sand is clean, beachline is big and there are sufficient non-paid areas. The water was shallow and clear during our stay in second week of August. Bonuses: There is a grocery store across the street which was very convenient for any additional needs. Overall the hotel is kept clean and presentable. There are 3 pools which were sufficient for the number of guests not to feel cramped.

Staff - Staff was gently said pretty bad and unwelcoming. From the first moment on check-in we weren't provided any information on anything - not on what to expect, nor where to find any of the facilities or even the elevators, nor on the all inclusive hours or details. They simply took our IDs, put our bracelets on and asked for our license plates. Throughout our stay we didn't get a single greeting or a smile from any of the staff members. Usually when we greeted someone they made a face and looked the other way. We asked for assistance on 3 occasions and were met with quite rude attitude - Apparently asking for a small plastic cup after 6PM, replacing a fallen all inclusive bracelet and asking for a refill on our hand soap are unacceptable. Parking - In spite of actually staying at the hotel we were asked to pay for using the hotel parking at 10 euros a day, which was ridiculous. I understand that the hotel is quite big and apparently parking spaces were not well though out, but given the hotel location, parking zones and community owned parking spaces there isn't much option especially when you are traveling with children. I guess they found their way to make some extra cash. Elevators - The tall hotel building has 14 floors and 3 elevators supporting them. The elevators are fairly small. There is no separate service elevator which additionally contributed to the flow. This lead to waiting times of 15-20 minutes especially around feeding times, beach times and check-in/check-out times. The elevators don't have sensors and myself and my mother have both been hit by the doors a couple of times. All inclusive - as a parent the only time you can enjoy a quiet drink with your partner is after the kids are asleep. The "No drinks to be taken to the rooms" rule was disappointing.

The location is nice, close to the beach, to a supermarket, and to an ATM. The breakfast had everything a person would need for a proper breakfast. There isn't anything that stands out as negative or unsatisfactory. The staff was friendly and helped with any request or question we had.

The fact that the lights on the terrace had to be turned on centrally and not from a key inside the room is weird. You basically have to ask the reception to turn off the terrace lights on the whole floor if you want them turned off. Also, the fact that there are limited keys for the free parking. You can basically count the number of parking spots in the free parking and just create the required number of keys.

The rooms were decent. The hotel is close to the old town and the beach. The pools were nice.

There weren't many types of food and some were tasteless. The drinks were bad. The pool is closed by 6pm. The dinner only lasts 1 hour. We had to wait sometimes a long time for the elevatore.
