I really aprecciated that the manager allowed us to stay in the suite with all the kids. Also, that the table manager allowed us to put together 2 tables to eat. The suite was quite big. Also i liked that the downstairs bathrooms were clean.
This is a decent hotel, the repport money - value it's fair. The parking: at the hote is 20 leva per night, payable at check in, another parking close by is 8 leva, and at check in they say that they have a free parking but is at 300m, actually is nearer. There are 3 pools, nice, but without music or any entertainment. The all imclusive is not that all inclusive: at each meal you can have like 2 kinds of meals with meat, for example. The food let'say is decent, but very poor in choices.

- great location (close to the bus stop, beach, supermarket, center of new town)
- the room was clean and cleaned every day (clean towels every second day and they also once changed bed linen during our one week stay )
- cleaning ladies were really nice and always say good morning to us
- food was very good for me (a lot of vegetables and fruit)
- the staff in the bar and restaurant should learn how to say good morning, hello etc., they were just staring at the guests withou saying anything
- bed in our room was very uncomfortable and short for person taller than 1,8 m
- wifi in the room was very weak, because there was just one router for the floor and it was unfortunatelly on the other side of our floor

No cable... tv wires were loose and not secure.
Bed covers seemed worn. It would 've been better without them. 1 chair would 've been handy inside the room.

The rooms were decent.
The hotel is close to the old town and the beach.
The pools were nice.
There weren't many types of food and some were tasteless.
The drinks were bad.
The pool is closed by 6pm.
The dinner only lasts 1 hour.
We had to wait sometimes a long time for the elevatore.
