All was perfect for a family vacation pools, services, people, restaurant, appartment….

The breakfast was varied and rich, catering to many tastes and needs. The other meals we had at the restaurant were nice and the service was good and prompt. The personnel at the reception desk are young, polite and very helpful. We were immediately provided with a cot for the baby at no extra cost.

We stayed in a great apartment with balcony. Something that is worth mentioning, though, is that during our 6-day stay nobody came to clean our apartment. The thing is that you can do the cleaning yourself, but you have to buy your own cleaning products. The apartment comes with a vacuum, so you can vacuum yourself. I am only mentioning it because people usually expect this kind of service to be provided during their holiday stays. Also, the pillows should be replaced, as they tended to be quite unconfortable. Moreover, all rooms should have curtains installed - we had to improvise in one room and hang our own curtains, otherwise we could not have gotten any sleep during our stay there.

It was absolutely amazing, we couldn’t have been happier. The service was exceptional, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the apartment was immaculate and had everything you need. Location was perfect, literally 10 min walk from the aquapark or the beach. It has probably 10 different pools, one of which had slides for kids. Restaurant food was delicious and at a very reasonable price, you can even order food and refreshments delivered to your lounger during the day which was amazing. Breakfast had a great selection and everything was great! Would definitely be coming back again!

Everything was great! Maybe a small little suggestion would be to put mats in the bathroom as it got wet and slippery after a shower (the shower was so big and really nice to use!)

The property is in an apartment complex with beautifully maintained gardens and pools. The common areas are clean and well-kept, and there are plenty of sunbeds available.

When we entered, the room appeared to have been cleaned, but it was clearly a half-hearted job. The terrace was soaking wet and took over 24 hours to dry. The sofa is old and made of a faux leather that’s disintegrating, leaving small black flakes across the light-coloured floor tiles. We had to wash the floor about four times on the first day before it was properly clean. We contacted reception about the cleaning, and they told us the room would be cleaned on the third day. When they finally came, they changed the bed sheets, but the bath towels had been folded without appearing to have been changed, so we ended up washing them ourselves in the available washing machine. The bed sheets themselves are also low quality and don’t reflect what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. The overhead shower head doesn’t work either. Overall, the experience didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. The other disappointment was the breakfast service. The food is low quality and repetitive — it feels like it’s offered just so they can say breakfast is included. On several occasions, some of the pastries were stale. That said, the staff are friendly, quick to refill items, and always willing to help
