This was my first time staying at this property and it was fantastic! We booked online and called the hotel to confirm the room type as traveled with family. Denis was so accommodating over the phone, explaining everything and even offered to send specific directions to avoid construction traffic. When we arrived, the room was ready even before the regular check in time and Elena was great showing us the apartment, the resort and the Spa, making sure my family had everything we needed.
We truly enjoyed the restaurant and the Spa! The service and food were amazing! The garden outside was beautiful and smelled of lavender even in the winter!
The Spa was clean and the staff was exceptional! I booked a few Spa procedures and was able to relax and enjoy!

Very nice overall. Decent staff and nice pools.
I recommend South Beach. Not the closest beach. Also if u wanna have a nice walk and food go to old city.
Some small issues with the reception guys but I hope it's just a misunderstanding.

The apartment was large and had all the facilities inside.

The location is great. It is also few minutes away from the sea, but the swimming pool and the facilities inside the resort were much better than the sea. So we loved to stay at the pool, for our entire stay. The restaurant is also very cozy, elegant and they have perfect food for excellent prizes. Breakfast (included) was also very rich and various, covering a wide range of tastes.
Overall, I was very happy choosing Poseidon as the accommodation for our summer holiday and take into consideration to return here for the next year , too.
I didn't like that some of the guests were not respecting the rules for the swimming pool usage. But that was not such a major problem.
