Hotel staff were extremely courteous, friendly and go out of their was to help. On arrival we were offered a welcome "package" consisting of beverages of our choice and a cheese platter. Location of the hotel is a stone's throw from "old town". Breakfast was a huge spread with a variety to choose from. Sometime during the day there was even a little surprise snack left in our room and this was done even on our departure date. While leaving the hotel, staff came to the parking lot to see us off. We've never stayed in a place that had more friendly staff.

The staff could not be kinder or more accommodating. We were truly to be offered a welcome drink and cheese on our arrival, along with being given a guide to the local area. We were also given a lovely meal free of charge during our stay. All the staff worked incredibly hard to look after us, and made us very welcome. The breakfast was also superb.
