Quick in-person check in, amazing customer service, generous breakfast, upgraded to a more spacious room, great location by the promenade.

Location is very convenient as it is close to Kamerlengo Fortress. Their staff worked hard to make a pleasant stay as the night before it rained quite heavily. But the next day, their staff cleaned up the outer space for breakfast & it was great.

The breakfast was nice, however starting at 7:00 made it difficult to get to having plans, 6:30 would be lovely.
The “ac” wasn’t AC. The room was HOT. The view was the side of another building with windows that couldn’t open more than a smidge. The wifi was also VERY unreliable
