Beautiful hotel in the old town. Lovely staff from checkin to breakfast. The location is perfect. Room was clean and so comfortable. Very quiet also. Parking is discounted.

Everything. This was probably the best accommodation experience of our holiday. The staff did everything possible to ensure our comfort, from meeting us at the Northgate to help with luggage and navigate the city alleyways to the hotel, assisting with luggage to the room, attending to our needs for towels, glasses, ice buckets, breakfast requests etc. The restaurant is great and all staff hardworking and friendly. Special call-out to Tony who could not do enough for us. It was greatly appreciated. Also the breakfast team who ensured a good breakfast service with a smile.
The rooms are also immaculate and well appointed. Very very comfortable. .
