Fabulous location.
Extremely attentive, polite and helpful staff.
Willingness to go above and beyond to help.
Free luggage storage for guests while we went on a 7 day sail.
Quality and feel of rooms - lovely vibe.
Quality of breakfast at nearby restaurant. Wonderful service of restaurant staff too.
Some mornings it was very loud and noise traveled a lot through the floors which broke my sleep.

Lovely hotel in fantastic location. Quiet, even though it was very central, nice rooms, comfortable beds, and liked the decor very much. A 10 on everything, especially considering the very reasonable price-but best was the hospitality and level of service from Ivan and Jelena! I would give them a 20 out of 10!!

The location had to be the highlight
Access by car is very difficult. It Hotel was difficult to find. Our hostess had to come and meet us out on the street to bring us to the hotel parking lot and then cart our luggage several hundred metres on cobblestone to get to the hotel
There is no elevator in the building therefore, you must lug your luggage up the narrow staircase to your room. Your breakfast, although good is not served in the building you must go to a restaurant down the way.
