Well located, comfortable property in the heart of beautiful Trogir

Good location. Comfortable. Excellent assistance from the receptionist, meeting us at the car park, guiding us to the property and providing tips and ideas on things to see and do.

Quite a lot of steps from the car park and to the room - we had a heavy case, but the receptionist kindly helped us.

Perfect night's stay in Trogir

Just what we needed for a night's stay in Trogir, before we headed to the airport next day. Clean and comfy with a great bathroom. Located in the centre of the Old Town. The windows block most of the noise so it wasn't an issue staying over a busy street. The room was quite modern inside, even though in an old building.

This is small hotel is a great choice for a stay in Trogir. Book early if you want a large room.

We didn't have any meals at the hotel but it was a very short walk to the big main square of Trogir where there were plenty of open air restaurants. The location was perfect. The lady on reception could not have been more pleasant and more helpful. My husband needed to see a doctor while we were there and she was very concerned and gave us lots of advice.

I have no suggestions to improve the hotel. We chose an economy room and it was small but well designed and we were comfortable. Our friends chose a more expensive and larger room and were very happy.

Fantastic

Palace Central was conveniently located in the center of the old town. Close to the water and close to the marker. They were very helpful and picked us up at the airport, told us about the town and good places to visit. The room was very comfortable.

Lovely little apartment in beautiful Trogir

The room was small but pretty and as expected. The manager was super helpful and helped my sister and I , who are disabled, with our cases from the taxi outside the palace gates and back. Everything was efficient as there is staff night and day.

It was all good. It was a great location, smack in the middle of the gorgous old town. But in truth, I would have been really lost without the help. So I advise a bit of research first.

Charming room, great location, highly recommend.

Clean, centrally located, charming room. Ivan was very friendly and carried my bag up and down the stairs. The breakfast was an added treat; sweets, cheese, meat, omelette, and coffee made to order.

That it wasn’t on the ground floor. But there was only about 12 easy steps up and the host took my bag up for me so it ended up not being a problem at all.

Wonderful hotel

Staff was great, the breakfast at the restaurant Queen Teuta was excellent (omelet, orange juice, coffee, fresh fruit, bread and crepes). The hotel location, of course, is the highlight being right in old town. This is a blessing and a curse as the trade-off is trickier parking (for those unfamiliar with the area and visiting for the first time) and needing to bring luggage to the City gate or directly to hotel. No worries, the hotel staff was super helpful and met us at the parking lot (our GPS failed to bring us to the correct parking lot in this crowded city, but a phone call to the hotel sorted that out quickly) and then staff had us drop luggage at the gate before parking and they brought it to our room. The old city is charming, offering as many shops and restaurants as needed to satisfy any taste. We stayed for two full days and three nights and it felt about right to us.

The only difficulty for us was our apartment was on the highest level so many stairs (30 plus) so if you find steps a deterrent, you will want to know this. But this is not a fault of the hotel but rather what should be expected in any of the old towns. To find a main floor room or apartment will be difficult.

A comfortable and unique stay in a great location- perfect for a short visit,.

Excellent location, easy to reach and close to key attractions. The room was lovely—spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The highlight was definitely the beautiful Roman wall inside the room, which gave it a unique historical charm. The bathroom was modern and very clean, with good water pressure and nice toiletries. A perfect mix of comfort and character. This room is ideal for a short day.

The bed mattress was very hard. And the water heater in the bathroom frequently made strange sounds which you would also hear in the room.

Superb

Great family run little place. Trogir is small and the buildings are historical, so the room is small but this is entirely to be expected and it is very clean and modern inside. You are staying right inside the heart of the old town in a building that is centuries old. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was a really good size and it was extremely comfortable. Everybody is friendly and really helpful with parking, the shutters on the windows ensure the room is dark and quiet despite the business of Trogir and the shower is great. We plan to return to Trogir and will definitely check the availability of Central Square.

Very enjoyable stay.

Ivan and his wife were excellent hosts - very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location could not have been better - it is literally right in the centre of the old town of Trogir. The breakfast provided by a little restaurant next door was extremely good. All in all , excellent.

Outstanding customer service

I've had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Palace Central Square (one of the rooms at the top floor). It's location is great, in the heart of the town and close to the main bus station, port, plenty of restaurants to choose from. And I couldn't be more grateful for all the support I've received from Ivan, from the very first communication. He was always prompt to help, he allowed me to check in earlier and check out later and gave me a very thorough explanation of the town, what to do, where to go. He also helped me with getting my luggage upstairs. Matea couldn't have been different, very supportive and kind. They really value their customers and I'm so appreciative of all their support. My room was spotless clean and had all I needed for 3 nights. And the breakfast at the restaurant next to the hotel was just fantastic, really like it. I highly recommend Palace Central Square, I wouldn't think twice to book them again if I am back in Trogir.

Being in the town, it's expected to hear some noise of the surroundings but that didn't bother me much. There is also a device in the room (not sure if it's a water heater?) that makes some noise from time to time, but not big issue for me.
